Very professional and clean environment, first time getting an eye exam and they made everything feel comfortable doing. All staff were very nice and helpful and i will now be going back everytime i need a exam or new pair of glasses .

I dont like the idea of the doctor seeing patients online or remotely. Also i did not like the girl in the fron who assisted me with the doctor. I felt rushed by her felt like it was just business for her to help me was not personable at all and made it seem like i did not have credit towards my contacts which in fact i did. Overall i didn't really like the experience felt very corporate

They seemed to do a pretty thorough examination to check for any problems with my eyes along with the examination for the correct prescription for the glasses. I have been to other places that didn't do near as much and I could tell when I received the new glasses. 3 trips back and they still weren't right. Then they said that the warranty was over so they weren't going to do anymore. This is my third time at this store and all three were great from the time I walked in until the time I left. Definitely way above the other place. I moved 600 miles away from here, but to me it was worth taking the time to stop and have this done here. It would probably be a hassle to have something fixed if there's an issue with the new ones. I willing to take the chance because there weren't any issues with the other two pair that I got from here, so it is definitely worth taking the chance considering the great experience with them in the past when I lived much closer.

Recently Village LensCrafters changed optometrists the long-time couple moved for personal reasons. The new one, Dr. Gor came in. She is, IMHO, rude! Very condescending, short, curt in her demeanor. Rushed due to appointment scheduling. The company should fix that, if that's the causing her to be that way. Anyway, I've been going there since 2018, probably change to somewhere else next year.
Joy, (don't know their titles) that helps fit glasses, is fantastic, very helpful, very patient, always smiles and has good words. I will miss her. Thank you for your service over the last few years.

We love Dr. Lee and his staff. They were able to get my daughter and I in for an appointment quickly.
The only downside is that the glasses are always so expensive, so we have to take the prescriptions to Costco. Wish there were more budget friendly options or discounts available.
