Stanislaus Optometric Center

I was able to get a same day appt at Stanislaus Optometric. The facility was very clean along with all of the staff being so nice and helpful. All of my concerns were addressed while I was there. I interacted with Malina the most when I was getting fitted for my glasses and I have to say it is to bad their aren't more people like her out there. I even went back the next day to see if Malina could help me with my old pair of glasses while I wait for my new ones and she was just as personable, caring and a delight to interact with as the first time. I recommend this facility with 10 stars. Everyone is so nice there and there isn't one thing I can complain about. Thank you Stanislaus Optometrics.

I am writing this as a final warning to others and a formal demand for resolution from Stanislaus Optometric Center. My experience here has been defined by property damage, medical incompetence, and a total lack of honesty from management. I am forced to post this on Google because I previously tried to resolve the property damage issue privately, only to be met with dismissiveness and a refusal to acknowledge the facts. Since they have refused to take responsibility for their actions behind closed doors, I am now forced to resolve this in public and through small claims court if my demands are not met. On February 26th, I handed over my functional glasses for a routine evaluation. They were returned to me with severe structural failure and stripped protective coatings that left the lenses cloudy with a rainbow oil-slick distortion. When I reported this, the staff and management chose to deflect and claim the damage was pre-existing, despite the glasses being perfectly clear moments before they took them to the back. To make matters worse, the new prescription I received is completely useless. My vision is significantly blurred and distorted; it feels like I am looking through a heat shimmer or fire, with everything appearing wavy and unstable. I cannot safely or functionally wear these. I have already paid $194 out-of-pocket and used my VSP Enhanced benefits. Because of their refusal to take responsibility for the damage they caused or provide a wearable prescription, I am demanding a full refund of the $194 paid and an immediate release and reset of my VSP benefits so I can seek competent care elsewhere. To future patients: if you are reading this and this review still exists, it means Stanislaus Optometric Center has failed to solve the issue and has chosen to keep my money and benefits despite ruining my property and providing an unusable medical product. Proceed with extreme caution--they do not stand behind their work and will blame you for their mistakes.

I love the doctor and Staff. Andrew is always there if you need help scheduling or if you have questions. The entire team is really fun and extremely helpful. I can't recommend this office enough.

My daughter and I both had our eye appointment today. Staff was wonderful! The Dr. is amazing. He took time and listened to both daughter and I. We didn't feel rushed but felt taken care of. We both picked out glasses that fit our personality. They were patient and honest. Found our new optometrist!

Love the ease of scheduling and love the staff, everyone is polite and kind, they always answer with a smile. Dr. Perry is above and beyond in taking care of you. Always have a positive experience. Their collection of glasses is also top notch. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Betty today! She was kind, patient, and helpful. She cared about our needs and was able to save us money on contact lenses. We also got a very quick prescription for contacts and glasses. We were given some free glass cases. She even fixed our glasses for free!Thanks for making this daily chore into a pleasant journey! The whole experience is wonderful. Andrew is amazing and very helpful when you call or walk in for help. The Dr is engaging and answers your question in language you can understand. The lady that helped with my frames and lenses understood what I was looking for and I actually ended up with a pair she selected. Great people
