Excellent experience during my appointment! Brenda greeted me with her beautiful smile, she explained every step clearly before taking all the tests. She makes me feel very comfortable and relax. Dr Penrose is very attentive, he explained very well. I am glad I waited to be seen here :-). Great experience! Plan to bring my hubby here too. Oh, one most important thing I really like is : one or two days before your visit, you will be sent a form via phone text message that explain clearly about the cost and reason of each tests if you should do or not do it. This really help with making decision beforetime. And be prepared without anxious mind about the cost. Highly recommend!

I always feel cared for here! No matter how many patients there are or aren't in the waiting room, I always get their undivided attention when it is my turn. And notably it never takes very long for them to get to me! I know mybeyes are in good hands here, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Dr. Penrose was very professional, and precise on preparation for the surgery before, and after, discussed my stigmatism, dry eye syndrome, directing my issue with my left eye cataract surgery that wasn't handled properly. Most of all his staff were very friendly knowledgeable and you could tell that they enjoyed their job as there is a positive vibe and they are all full of beautiful smiles, and treated me with kindness. I would definitely recommend Dr. Penrose if you're considering cataract surgery or any type of eye issues
