Latasha, was the best, made me feel comfortable and she let me take my time. We chose a pair and went back and forth, even after we paid and chose out first pair(my wife), she let me figure it out on my own time. My first time going through this process, so I was indecisive, but she didnt let that bother her, instead she went even more in depth to further explain every detail. I stopped by because one of the arms had fallen off of my glasses - I'm not even a client there and they helped me kindly and quickly!!! So so friendly!! I called and spoke to Allie about my busted strings to hold my lenses. She said she could replace the strings at no charge. I arrived and gave her the glasses and she said it would take about 20 min. My experience today at LensCrafters was very swift. From the warm greeting to promptly setting me up to see the OD. Exams went by and I was ready to choose my glasses. I went with Ray-Ban. What I enjoyed was the space they gave me to browse yet gave soft check ups from the staff. When I was ready Ceci made sure I got the 50% OFF LENSES promo (Saved $230).
