I'm sure the optometrist is very precise but their sales staff are neither welcoming nor pleasant. I had the unfortunate experience of buying a rimless pair of glasses from them a couple of years ago and when one of the arms broke I requested they put on another. They refused saying it couldn't be fixed. I then ordered a set of arms on Amazon and fixed them myself. There are more welcoming , polite and cheaper opticians and optometrists elsewhere in the vicinity.

First time here staff is amazing!! Kind and caring! Meet the doctors she is also amazing as well. She explained everything that was going on with my eye and also was very empathetic with what had happened to me this past week. She gave me several options to my contact lenses wanted to see me in a week. If there was a 10 star review I would totally have chosen the 10 star!!!! Loved my first visit here and will recommend everyone to come here!!

Twice now I have walked out of Dr.Kim's office grateful for a renewed ability to see more clearly and have been moved to tears. I am so grateful for her creative solutions for my aging eyes. Today I can see far and also near with my split vision contacts. I trust her implicitly to figure out great solves. Before you get laser surgery, see her. She might be able to help you. my aging eyes.

After going to 2 other optometrists with disappointing results, Dr. kim was able to adjust my contacts to the best it's been in the last 2 years. She is quite thorough and very knowledgeable...highly recommend her for all your optometry needs. She also gave my daughter glasses that wiped away the daily headaches she was experiencing at school...so very thankful!

Not satisfied with this location at all with the service I received in June 2023. I got my classes from them in December of 2022. I went back in June this year because one side of the frame fell apart. The front desk female employee took the frames from me and said right away " this is not a manufacturing defect". I said to her " how did you come to this conclusion in less than one second without further looking into it with a professional who knows these parts of the frames and sending it to the manufacturer. She said " sorry this is not a manufacturer defect there is nothing I can do for you" . She then said " I can help you but you have to pay $130 for other frames". I'm upset because she should have taken the frames from me and sent it out to the manufacturer to make that decision not by just looking at it and sending me on my way. I did not damage these glasses the frame came apart on its own, and I had taken very good care of it because of how expensive these glasses were. My insurance has paid for some of the price for these glasses and I paid out of pocket 150$ for these frames. Mind you this store has on display several gadgets that I'm assuming is for fixing frames. This employee just looked at it for less than a second and sent me out the door, without using these gadgets. This is not okay to treat a paying customer this way. I would expect better service since they have such high prices. I am out of luck right now and I have to wait another whole year before my insurance can pay for new glasses for me. Be careful entering this store to do any business with them. When it comes to charging you they're great but then you have any little concern they refuse to assist you. I do not and will not ever refer or recommend anyone to this store. I will also be taking mine and my families business else where. You just lost 5 customers by losing me!

One of the screws in my son's glasses came loose and was lost. MO worked for 20-30 minutes to find just the right screw. The glasses were fixed and the best part is they didn't charge us! Highly recommended!

My favorite doctor of all time, hands down....Dr. Kim. She always takes the time to explain and educate me on eye care, my . She and the staff always make me feel at home. Mosts importantly everyone really CARES about you. Their passion for their profession is unmatched. Thanks everyone. You're the best.

Nice modern offices and collection of glasses. Dr Kim is highly experienced and also very kind. Great for kids or adults!
