I brought my script from a Doctor in Yreka they made my glasses and they made them wrong. Charged me 50.00 for progressive and I could see better without them than I can with them. Not at all what I had hoped for.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and put me right at ease. Dr Brooks had me laughing and we had a good conversation. Then the nicest young lady helped me pick out my pretty glasses. What a great group of people.

The doctor didn't respect my need for my disability when I asked him 3 times to write down what he just told me, and he just refuse and gave me harder time to try read his lips. I only understood 10% of what he said. The front desk and assistant were very respectful and helpful and wrote down everything they said. The doctor wanted to keep up the communication barrier. This is an act of discrimination.

Why does it say they close @ 5:30 online but it say 5:00 on there door ... I drove to Mt Shasta to pick up my glasses and i got there at 4:55 and they were already closed up and leaving it wasnt even 5:00 yet it piss me off I waisted about $20 in gas to go over there basically for nothing
