I walked in and asked how long the wait was to be seen after being on time for my appointment. I was told 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes to see a technician for about 5 minutes and was sent back to wait for another 35 minutes for the doctor. I complained to the doctor and heard a load of crap. I was apologized to, but o said this happened a lot. I will have to find another opthomologist after years of being here.

Good people with worse management. They misguide about lunch time period. Twice I faced with this. There is nowhere any info about this. And even employees didn't notify about lunch hours in advance (via calls, some receipts, or even google). Speaking on the service, I would like to say Carla and Melissa from the Optomesrty unit are great . They were polite and patient with me during choosing the frame and placing the order. Generally, they have a wide range of items, brands, financing options. I would like to recommend this place if you keep on your mind about "dead hours" - between 12-2 pm. Don't come at this time.

Took my Dad, Rick McNabb, in to have a consultation regarding corneal repair of both eyes with Dr. Stephen Labue. The office staff was polite and professional. Dad decided to proceed with the surgery. One eye at a time. The aftercare nurses in recovery were attentive and knowledgeable. They explained Dad's post surgical instructions, and we were given written instructions as well. Dads follow up visits went extraordinarily well. He's so excited that he can see in "high definition" with 20/20 sight. His Dad taught him well! Thanks to all of Dr. Stephen Labue's staff

My mom had a routine cataract surgery last December and has been under retina specialist as well as a cornea specialist because of something that must have happened during surgery. She can not see nor open her eye. Waiting on another referral to a higher level of care. She has been going in for shots directly into the eye every three months as well as multiple drops everyday. Not Once has anyone from this office called to check on her since we were referred elsewhere. Nice doctor yes but ...

Dr lobue is very patient was very thorough with everything he was going to do. Have Cataracts in both my eyes at the age of 74, so he started with my left one and I never felt any pain only a little pressure and now I see perfect at a distance.. can't wait to get the second one done so I can only have over the counter readers. I've been wearing trifocals for over 35 years.. what a huge difference, the colors are brighter and more clear. I never knew I had a yellow cast when I looked out until I got the new left eye done first. At the cal oaks surgery center. Everyone is really good. I can say almost everything was almost painless., everyone is real nice in hid office at Temecula and murrieta.,

I am very pleased with the office and the staff. Dr. Miller is very patient and kind. Answers all the question. The ladies in the optical department are so sweet and very helpful when choosing the right eyewear. I have nothing but great things to say about this office.

Tried to make an appointment for my dad and was not allowed to make one until I answered practically 20 questions. Just accept me making an appointment. It's not like we were asking for charity! We have insurance! To actually tell me we can't make any appointment for your dad unless you have every detail to every question that's being asked. Isn't that what the doctor is for? To ask what exactly my dad is experiencing so he can give treatment and diagnosis? Never felt so unwelcome!

I always have a great experience with Dr. Lobue and the staff. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable in what their job requires. Dr. Lobue has been my doctor and he is very professional and confident in his board certified practice.
