Went again with my wife to collect her reading glasses and decided to order a spare pair for myself. Monica as always made this an enjoyable event and found the perfect pair for me. So now I have reading, computer and everyday glasses and also a pair of prescription Ray-Bans for riding the motorcycle!!! Seems like I like that place a lot!? Great staff and prices and outstanding service

Update: The business reply is to deviate customers, while the comparion was made between expensive City like Irvine( in store experience) with their, all their justification are against online vs them. They are 100% costiler than some of the most expensive cities in usa, please avoid them. This is a review for one of the largest and nicest optometry practices in the area, but my experience was severely tarnished by the manager's attitude and their exorbitant pricing. The on-the-ground staff are fantastic--very nice and welcoming, making you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The practice itself is big, well-equipped, and offers a wide variety of frames. However, the entire experience is governed by a high-headed and rude manager. This is why I can only give a one-star review. Despite the nice facilities and staff, a customer's basic right to respect and fair pricing is completely disregarded. This was highlighted by the pricing of a pair of sunglasses I purchased using my insurance. The wholesale cost was $47, and the retail benchmark on the Ray-Ban website was $92, yet I was charged $196--a markup of over 300% from their cost. I understand that optometry practices have overhead costs, but this is an extreme markup, far exceeding what I've seen in other areas with a higher cost of living, like Irvine, where I'd typically pay around $50 over the retail price. When I raised this concern, the manager's response was dismissive: "We have what we have." When I told her I would write a public review, she replied, "No worries." This arrogant response shows a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction and a disrespect for their business. They may have a nice building and inventory, but they have no regard for their customers' opinions or wallets.

Great optometrist and they had quite a good selection of frames. (Just a few photos: there are more frames available than what is seen here) Much better service here than the place in the mall. Will be back!

I've been going to this optometrist for years and I couldn't be more happy I found such a wonderful place. I always have such an incredible experience with finding the perfect stylish glasses. Thank you so much Kathy, Carlos and Carmen for your personalism, kindness and charismatic customer service. I moved back to Hollywood but of course I still make the drive to see my favorite optometrists just because of how special this place is to me. Carmen and Kathy have known me from the beginning and I couldn't be more blessed and thankful I met such an extraordinary staff. Carmen and Kathy are like family to me!!

I'm 75 years old. I need a new pair of glasses and this place is close to home so I decided to stop in and see if they had any new frames that I liked. I went into the store and informed the receptionist that I needed glasses and could she direct me to the men's section. She said that they were understaffed and didn't have anyone to accompany me. I told her that I didn't need anyone to help me that I was perfectly able to look at new frames by myself. She then said that I wasn't allowed to look at the frames by myself. I said thank you and walked out. I can't imagine a business not wanting new customers.

They are reliable, honest, the service was quick and the staff were friendly. Very professional and customer oriented business. The turnaround time was incredible. Their products are of high quality. I was extremely happy with the results. The customer service team went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this business to others.

I visited Murrieta Creek Optometry about three months ago to have Dr. Cruz examine my eyes for new glasses. She made some changes to my prescription that was only about one year old (but was never "right") from another optometry office. Since I received my new glass, I have found them to be terrific and I no longer feel exasperated due to poor vision. Thank You! The doctor and the entire office staff have been great to work with from the very first call with Carmen (super friendly). Since then I have had Marina, Carlos and other staff help with ordering new sun glasses and adjusting the fit. Everyone seems to enjoy their place of work happy and are happy to help in any way possible. Great job you all! Sadly, we don't see this much in today's world. I will certainly refer your office to others.
