Busy parking location. Customer service is okay. They took forever to give me glasses. Recieved msg my glasses are ready. Once I get there girl said isn't ready yet. Why they sent me msg. Overall no good experience. They need to improve their communication.

This was a great place several years back, but the eye doctor changed twice in a short amount of time. The first new doctor smartly kept the supporting staff, so the experience was still decent. The newest doctor, Dr. Saleh, tanked the service experience the office used to have by hiring a whole new crew of people with poor attitudes and a lack of experience in fitting glasses. They give uninformed advice, measure wrong and generally have bad attitudes. The office staff even refused prescription records which is against medical records access laws, which I then I had to quote to get the prescription.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and very helpful. The ophthalmologist was so wonderful with my daughter the whole experience was amazing. It was my daughter's first time at the eye doctor and they all were amazing! Highly recommend

I WENT TODAY HAD A WONDERFUL TIME EVERYONE WAS GREAT IN THE OFFICE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 2 OF MY KIDS AND THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF THEM AND I EVEN GOT TO GO MYSELF THEY MADE ROOM FOR ME AND GOT ME IN AS WELL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT AND VERY WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT

I decided to get my glasses here due to the raving reviews. The staff is polite and professional but I am in the middle when it comes to quality of my glasses. I am not satisfied at all how about my glasses even when they suggested I wore them for a week to get used to them. I called to setup an appointment to talk about them so far no responses from them. I really hope they will step up to their reviews. We will see
