Not all Walmart Vision Centers are the same. I bought a pair of glasses at another and got the year long warranty. I asked a lot of details at the time. Well the frame broke on it's own and a lens fell out somewhere. The lady Sarah said this is not covered! Called the other Walmart and explained the situation and they said naturally it is under warranty. On the other hand this Walmart had cheaper frames and faster delivery. They just don't understand their own warranties.

Do NOT order from this location. I spent $400 for contacts for them to forget my apartment number. A month and a half later and they claim it was delivered but I still don't have my contacts. Instead of making it right, they referred me to the post office like they're supposed to help after losing my package. I wanted a refund since I paid for items I didn't receive and the manager was horrible at resolving the issue. Minimum wage managers should not be allowed to conduct business with the public. They obviously don't have enough leadership experience to be in the low level position they're in. Figures. Should have gone with a real optometrist. My fault trying to cut corners. Never again.
