Absolutely incredible experience with all of the staff at NVISION. Paige was fabulous and very helpful when I was deciding on whether or not to do LASIK. I went for it a year later and scheduled my surgery with Dr. Tooma. I was nervous the day of, and all of the staff were so kind and explained every step of the procedure to me. It was so smooth and Dr. Tooma was fabulous. He made the experience easy and talked me through each step of the process. I woke up the morning after my surgery and could see my clock beside my bed for the first time since I was 10 years old. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.

My wife had a serious eye issue and was referred to NVISION by Iris Bright Optometry. We were able to get a same-day appointment around 2:45 PM, which was a huge relief. The clinic was busy, but check-in was smooth. The assistants and doctors were very professional and friendly. They ran several diagnostic tests and finally identified the root cause. We really appreciated the quick scheduling and thorough care.
We've already revisited once and plan to return again next week. The continued support has been reassuring.
Parking tip: Get a parking pass at the gate entrance. NVISION will give you a validation ticket after your visit. You'll need both passes to exit the lot.
Billing info: I asked the front desk about billing. They said they'll bill the insurance company first and then send you the remaining balance if any.

I had an amazing experience! Jennifer Li was very thorough and knowledgeable during my first two consultations (I got cold feet in 2023) but this year I made the best decision to go through with the surgery. I booked the date when Dr. Tooma was performing the surgery and it went very smoothly.
From the consultation, to the pre-op and post-op appointments, I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend getting LASIK if you're thinking about it.
I got the CONTOURA, because why not go all out and get the best.

Dr. Raoof was fantastic, reassuring me every step and making the whole thing feel effortless. My post op questions we answered quickly which brought me to ease. The clinic is clean, the staff is great, and the only thing that took longer than the surgery was the wait. But honestly, if you're going to trust someone to blast your eyeballs with lasers, waiting a bit feels like a fair trade.

I was seen at the time of my appointment, no waiting! Jennifer was great at explaining the tests I was having and also educating me about Lasik as well as lens replacement.
The doctor informed me that I was not a candidate for Lasik and talked about the possibility of lens replacement. Very professional, kind, friendly staff who were more interested in educating me about my choices and my well-being versus trying to sell me on a procedure. Great experience!

I was very impressed with Nvision. I was there for two hours, which may sound like a long time but very little of that time was in waiting. I had around seven tests and was escorted to several rooms led by cheerful professionals. From there I met with a Physicians Assistant and finally with the the doctor. She had been completely briefed and had all the information she needed at hand to recommend treatment. I then met with a Surgical Coordinator who scheduled the surgery I needed. Considering the time spent, a great deal was accomplished.
