My appointment started right on time, and the office staff promptly began gathering all the necessary information for Dr. Sadri to conduct a thorough evaluation of my condition. Dr. Sadri took ample time to review every detail to ensure nothing was overlooked. His careful and comprehensive assessment of my eyes gave me complete confidence in his expertise, and I am certain I will return for my follow-up visit. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication!

Dr. Sadri is an amazing professional, who takes the time to explain procedures and test results to his patients and their family in plain language that can easily be understood. He is up to date on current standards of practice and research opportunities. The office is pleasant and well organized. Ashley the surgical coordinator is knowledgeable and provides precise instructions. Eric the Medical Assistant is kind and professional.

I was referred by another doctor to this office. I drove 70 miles round trip and never again will I return. I do not recommend this office. You'd think that a doctor's office in Newport Beach would be have better customer service and not be a lifeless office. This office needs an update and a friendly receptionist. The receptionist is unkind and has a horrible bed side manner. On my way out after seeing the doctor, my son accidentally dropped his bottle. I asked the receptionist if I can go back in to the restroom to rinse the bottle because it fell. She relied, "no, no you can't." I've never experience anything like this in a doctor's office. I don't understand why she was so rude. don't recommend this office to anyone especially mothers with little ones. We are clearly not welcome there.

Our family Doctor recommended Dr Sadre and visionary eye institute several years ago. We have had excellent care for everything from annual exams to cataract surgery. The team is attentive and gets answers to concerns quickly. Dr Romero, Ashley and the entire staff have always made us feel confident in our vision care.

Today I had my Cataract Surgery..I could not be any Happier with Dr Sadei professionalism and his caring and excellent way.The Staff was Great!.I highly recommend this Visionary Eye Institute ! A 10 OUT OF 10.
