America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My dad went to try out prescription glasses from them. Everything was fine until he had to come back 2 weeks later to pickup the glasses and he couldn't see out of them. They basically said too bad and go to your doctor. No refund. They just stole $700

Manager Ronald has been incredibly generous and professional in helping my daughter and me. The doctors and administrators are always wonderful as well; every visit, they provide clear guidance and exceptional support. I was very impressed with the services provided at this location. I had heard much about America's Best by family references and decided to try them out. The team here are all very friendly and professional. The Optometrist was very detailed with my prescription and gave a vast amount of educational information on my eye care. Answered all and more questions I had and provided great care. I had already searched their frames online to come in prepared for my visit and found their location to have a mass amount of frames to choose from. From the 2 frames I had already chosen, found myself getting a different set. This was thanks to the great help provided by Walter who insisted on giving me various options to chose from from the ones I chose, I'm glad he provided additional options. I'm very glad and satisfied with my final frames and this again thanks to Walter. I want to ensure that the staff is not pushy sales oriented or anything for that matter but really took the time to look out for my interest and needs. I highly recommend their services if you've been holding back from visititing America's Best, specially this location.

After my eye exam and ordering my glasses I was told to take 2 weeks to receive them. It's now been over 3 weeks and I've called multiple times and all I ever get is the excuse of they've been shipped. They never offer any tracking information and they have absolutely no idea what they're doing regarding where my glasses are. I will be going to the store to cancel my order absolutely do not waste your time the money you save is not worth it

I came in after ruining my current prescription sunglasses & everyone took such good care of me. I got great deals on 2 eye glasses & 1 pair of Ray Ban sunglasses ! It was a great birthday present

Horrible service! Never going back there. I ordered two prescriptions sunglasses. I received a txt msg to pick up my glasses. When I went in the store my glasses were not ready. I went back the second time there were issue both with sunglasses. I went back 3rd time the frame on my sunglasses were uneven. I spoke to supervisor and a women by the Cathy , very rude they did not resolve anything. I basically bought glasses that dnt fit me well. Very bad customer service

This place is pretty legit all of the workers are very helpful and nice. I didn't know that you could get sunglasses and make them into regular glasses totally blew my mind. now I have some super cool looking Ray-Bans with gold trim that matches my gold jewelry. I tried to get in contact lenses but it didn't work out for me personally they do offer a free month trial.

First off the people didn't know what they were doing I called them asking if my glasses were ready they said no they keep giving me false information they couldn't make up their mind if my glasses were ready or not and then when I asked if my glasses were ready the guy just hang up on me and said he couldn't give me that information after I said they were my glasses also they didn't call me and I asked for pink tinted glasses they gave me clear lenses never going back to them ever again horrible service Then the general manager saw this post and fix my glasses she was so nice she handled it very well and she dealt with the workers who was giving me a hard time in the end it turned out to be a better experience if you going to get glasses that are going to be tinted I would recommend her because she knows what she doing after all if I was going to rated it i would give it a 9/10 for it but I would also give a 10/10 for the general manager because she was the only person who knows how to do their job right also like again she was very very very nice
