Dr. Andrew M. Chang, MD

Dr. Chang and Shultz are truly masters of their craft. Dr. Chang performed my eye surgery. I didn't experience one moment of pain or discomfort of any kind. The day after the surgery I could go out in bright sunshine and had no light sensitivity and my vision is now 20/20. The office staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Very, very well run office with state of the art equipment and truly the best ophthalmologist anywhere. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Really nice Doctor and staff. Friendly, prompt and helpful. I'd had an eye infection for about 2 weeks and my PCD sent me to Dr Chang. He gave me drops that helped my eye infection heal in 3 days. Very nice chair side demeanor. No problem getting an appointment promptly. Thanks Dr. Chang and staff!!

Dr Chang was very thorough and confident and easy to talk to. The staff was very courteous and did a good job for me. I got my next appointment right away and I've had no problems with them. All in all an excellent experience. I learned that I had a cataract and it was taken care of as soon as he was able to book the surgery. I appreciated that very much.

Doctor Chang is very professional, but the front desk office lacks in so many ways. They never ever call you back with any updates on your next visit and wether or not my insurance will cover for an important procedure requested by Doctor Chang.The front office manager is very rude and unprofessional! It makes me wonder what she does all day and working hard for the benefit of patients is definitely not one of them! I have to give them a #1 rating to post my review, but they honestly deserve a ZERO!

Amazing eye doctor!! Diagnose was accurate and treatment was aggressive but successful. Thank God I went in for my situation.

Dr. Andrew Chang is a fine Ophthalmologist, but his front office staff is totally clueless about patient's need. I called several times to make a follow up appointment after Dr. told me that I needed go back but these people don't care what is happening to you. I am surprised, such nice doctors (Schultz-Chang) will hire bunch of garbage to represent their face. I would give zero star for front office staff but because of doctors/assistant, I am giving 2 stars.

Worst service ever the doctor provides no information on procedures taking place and gives you no information on your tests results . Went in for a thorough eye exam (not for glasses) and he didn't advice me I needed a driver and that my eyes would be sensitive to light and be impaired for driving. He provided no shades for eye protection due to light sensitivity nor did he recommend or inform of the symptoms. Front Staff sits on their phones (very unprofessional) and staff doesn't wear gloves during procedures when Inserting eye drops in your eyes and they hold your eye open with another hand. (Unsanitary Service) worst service ever won't ever return.

Wait time was worth it. Andrew took his time to check my eyes thoroughly to make sure they were healthy. He was patient with helping me update my glasses prescription too. Definitely will be back in 2 years for my next prescription update!
