I've cycled through many optometrists and many pairs of prescription glasses since a teenager so when I got my first pair from Dr. Chriqui and it lasted 8 years!...that's proof of time tested...right? If time tested is not convincing enough, then the new office on Plummer St is full of new equipment, spacious, clean, minimalist designs and inviting. Although I've moved away (faarrr...away!), I'm willing to travel back to see a warm, experienced and trusted Dr. Chriqui, Dr. Vale, and their staff -- Amy and Summer. Spend a little more...they are your only eyes and it's worth it...because Dr. Chriqui will prescribed your prescription "accurately" on your first visit. Disclosure: I'm just a long time client and not being paid for this review.

I love this new office! So much so I had to write 2 reviews :). Dr. Chriqui and her staff are always so welcoming and do a great job in helping me pick out glasses yearly and understanding my style and budget while making their recommendations.

The receptionist was very warm and helpful. The location is beautiful but that's not enough. Please work on your manners approaching clients that require a little more doing in a friendly manner. Have patience and everyone else will feel better and your future visits will be much more pleasing for everyone involved.

Customer Service is excellent, always with a smile. The Dr. is very nice, don't be thrown off my her RBF...she's totally not! LOL! The facility is nice, I know their moving. Selection is nice is good and will be increasing at their new location.

I've been going to Dr. Chriqui for years now, and I will never go somewhere else. The office is beautiful and the selection of glasses is always on par. I'm always treated like family from the staff and have never walked away without having a 5-star experience.

Their service was fantastic and the environment was very refreshing and pleasing. I'm waiting for a phone call to pick up my trial contact lenses. Oh, Note that they moved their location to Plummer/Corbin. It's not on Devonshire anymore.

According to the ADA act certified service animals are allowed in any business. Apparently this business does not follow that act. I was told that the doctor felt it was "unsafe" and refused to service us. This was after I made my appointment for 3pm and they changed it to hours earlier.

I had to come on 2 separate occasions and with each experience, Chriqui was VERY rude and especially demeaning. She did not treat any other patient like this - I felt targeted and racially profiled. Will not be coming back.
