I live in Oxnard and traveled just to see Dr. Le!!! Followed her from another office and just had to have her see us. She knows so much things and was able to catch that I was a glaucoma suspect before it was an issue with my vision. So thankful and trust her with my kids, parents and anyone I know. Would recommend her to anyone. She has a calm and sincere voice and personality which my son who is autistic really needs to get through his exam. Her exams are done in a timely fashion with every question answered. No feeling rushed. She has a lot of knowledge for not just glasses but contacts and low vision. Her staff and office are friendly and clean. The machines and instruments look newer and are not outdated. We will continue to travel for our exams and recommend family and friends.

Dr Le was amazing! Went to six flags magic mountain and got a flake of metal from the rollercoaster in my eye. Went to urgent care that same night and they were unable to do anything. The flake of metal started to rust in my eye by day 2. Went to see Dr. Le and she treated it on the spot. Harmless, painless procedure that she was able to fix in 2 trips. The first trip she carefully, safely removed the flake of metal from my iris, and the second trip she was able to completely clean the rust from the affected area. Sent me home with eye drops that would heal the wound and clean the area. I Would've had permanent eye damage if it wasn't for her. Her knowledge, steady hand, and great technology saved my eye. Huge thanks to Dr. Le.

I live 5 hours away from Northridge optometry and was down for a trip to Disneyland. Needed an eye doctor while I was there. I got their information from a friend and I could not be happier to have meet the gang. Alexis was thoroughly invested in my well being and how he can help. I was so impressed with his compassion towards what he does that he will be my eye guy going forward. Thank you Alex and the gang for treating me like family. I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat!!

Dr. Tran has been my optometrist for a very long time. My whole family always goes to her, even after moving further away. Dr. Tran is very caring, patient, professional, and meticulous. I always feel comfortable asking questions or recommendations from her. Her office has a lot of selections for glasses, and her staff was so helpful in helping me to choose the right frames and lenses for my needs. Recently, I was gifted a luxury pair of glasses, but no other optometry places were willing to make the lens for it as the frame is very delicate. I came to Dr. Tran for my annual examination, and she was able to put in a custom order for my glasses. It only took her office one week to get back to me with the perfect glasses. I got so many compliments wearing it. I always feel like I am taken care of by an excellent and caring team. I highly recommend Dr. Tran for any of your vision needs.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and personable optometrist, Dr. Nicole Vi Le is your girl! My first appointment with her was on 04/25/2019 and I have been a patient of hers ever since. I was sad to find out that she left the office in Ventura and made a concerted effort to find her current location because it is hard to find a doctor like her in general, not just specifically for my eyes. When I contacted her, she gladly said she would accept me as a patient at her new practice! Even though I last saw her in 2023, when I reached out for advice re: my current vision situation, she promptly returned my call (Vs. the office she left who NEVER returned my call), gave me advice, and her staff was able to get me scheduled fairly quickly. And even though the drive is about an hour away from me, she and the service she provides are worth all the traffic and gas it takes to get there. When I came in to see her last week, she was just as impressive as she was during all of my former visits. One of the best things about her is that she REMEMBERS you even though she sees tons of patients everyday. She truly makes me feel like she values me as a patient. Heck, she even takes the time to walk me to the front to close me out (Not all providers do this, in my experience) and even gives me coupons for contact solution! While it is hot and super busy where she's located now, it's worth it. You won't regret seeing her, and I'm sure you'll want to keep her as your optometrist for the rest of your life, as I do. Thank you for taking care of my eyes, Dr. Le. And thank you for recommending kettle corn at the theater because my life has never been the same because of that lol

I had a great exam at Northridge optometry ! I was seen promptly and was provided a thorough eye exam. They were even able to fit me for glasses the same day! Very friendly doctor and staff!

RED FLAG place! You're NOT allowed to talk to a doctor for any concerns. I used to come and loved this place bc Dr. Tran and her team were always so kind and welcoming. Dr. Tran was SOOO GOOD! I've even referred everyone n my husband to come here. However, the place is NOT what it used to be. 1. The place is VERY VERY hard to find. They do not have any sign. I missed it 3 times. 2. The Asian guy receptionist (Van) did NOT allow me to talk to the doctor after multiple concerns I brought in. He stated "You can't talk to the doctor, I'd have to reschedule you if you want to wait and talk to her." 3. This optometry allows the receptionist with no medical background to conduct puff eye exams and retina exams without any doctor present. We are going to find a different optometrist.
