Porter Ranch Optometry

I have been getting my prescription glasses from this optometry for the last few years and every time my experience has been great. All the staff has been very patient and helpful. I just stopped by 2 weeks ago to order a new pair of glasses for the year. Would definitely recommend this optometry location!

I had a great experience at this optometry practice! Dr. Terzian is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my eye exam. He was also very accommodating and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The practice itself is clean, modern, and has a welcoming atmosphere. They offer a wide selection of glasses, which made it easy to find the perfect pair. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing eye care!

Best place in entire LA. I have visited over 18 different Optometries and nothing close this one! Many options, great team - Especially Luc was amazing, he is super helpful, it was a pleasure!!

Dr Khalid is the best optometrist in Southern California. Her expertise and remarkable precision are second to none. Her assistant Janell helped me set up my appointment with ease and went above and beyond in welcoming me as a new patient. Luc helped me pick out my glasses. He was very kind, professional and his attention to detail in selecting the right fit for me made me feel confident knowing I got the best frame. These are wonderful people. I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Park Nejad's optometry office in Tampa. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and checked me in right on time. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially when assisting me with choosing frames. The entire environment felt warm and welcoming--like being with family. Dr. Nejad was knowledgeable, caring, and took time to explain everything clearly. I truly felt well taken care of and highly recommend this office.

I wanted to leave no stars, but because Connie is so pleasant and always is ready to assist when I come in, I give her 5 stars. This place made me uncomfortable every time I go in. About a year ago, a Hispanic employee nearly knocked me into a glass case. I told her the right thing to do would be to say excuse me. She begin screaming at the top of her voice.."SORRY!!!!. I was stunned. No one said anything. I told one of the ladies what happened and she said she is not normally like that. Since every time I go in there she is assisting Hispanic customer's, I asked the lady has she ever had African American customers. She said she didn't know. So came in a couple of weeks ago, another Hispanic women , in a very derogatory tone asked what I needed. I asked if Connie was in, she said no. Mind u, she is talking to me like I had stole something. What she didn't know is my phone was on speaker and I was talking to someone. The person I was talking to said ..."who the hell was that". I told her where I was...the employee realized she was being heard and immediately, changed her tone...my friend on the phone, said she sure opened up a can of get right!! When she realized she was on speaker. I let her assist while keeping my phone on. At that point, I realized it was a racist environment in that shop. I had to go back again, they couldn't get the tint right on my Prada glasses..To pick up my glasses. I called Connie on her cell and asked her when she would be in so she could assist. She was there today and did assist. However, I felt uncomfortable in that shop. I would suggest going somewhere else if this kind of treatment toward people of African American decent is not something u condone. IJS
