Dr. Arceneaux is AMAZING! She changed up my prescription and I have never seen better! I am so impressed with and grateful for her. Samantha at the front desk could not have been nicer & was very helpful/knowledgeable/approachable. Finally, I appreciate that they are members of the Novato Chamber, supporting our local businesses. A+ experience and highly recommend!

Been going here for years. Great selection of reading glasses but very limited sun glasses. Staff is beyond welcoming and helpful. Always so about me and my family. Super easy to get an appointment. Doctors are very professional, to the point and explain everything very well. I never feel like I don't know what is going on or what the issues are. The glasses come in very quickly and they do a great job of adjustments and getting them to fit. Highly recommend.

If you get past the Receptionist it's a pleasant place. The young woman working the front desk is not accommodating and can be rude and unpleasant and is definitely not welcoming! I have bought several pairs of glasses here over the years and have had the same experience with the same person at the front desk each time. The attitude of the Receptionist reflects heavily on your impression of the office so therefore the low rating. I will say the woman I work with purchasing eyewear, Judith has always been professional, friendly and I have been happy with the service. I am looking elsewhere in the future to purchase eyeglasses because I like a pleasant atmosphere when I go into a business and want to be treated in a courteous manner and as a valued customer.

I visited Marin Eye Care yesterday for the first time and had a very pleasant experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful! The eye exam was easy and I was talked through the entire process. Picking out frames was so much fun with the staff and they helped me find the best pair for me. I am very happy that I found Marin Eye Care!

This our first visit to Marin Eye Care. My son and I felt very welcomed and were greeted by a pleasant and courteous staff Then we were examined vthoroughly and meticulously. The Dr Mazayani examiner is again for another 30 minutes. She was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in training me how to use a contact lense for my first time. This by far was the best experience I've ever had at an optometrist and I will continue to use them as my exclusive doctor. Thank you for a great experience and keep up the great service.

It felt like the front desk was in a hurry and the call ended abruptly. I will not go back with this experience.

The affable receptionist fit me in when I needed to come. Dr. Arceneaux was patient, and spent extra time explaining the results from the annual eye exam. I come from very far away and I love this office and their superb service.
