Dr McCurdy, Nicky, Alan and the receptionist who greets clients are all fantastic. But the office manager is not personable, friendly or engaging. We went to pick up our new glasses and the office manager was the only one there to help us. She just handed us our glasses. She didn't check to see if they were fitting properly. She didn't check to see if my husband could read with the progressives. She never introduced herself so I had to ask her who she was. The most unprofessional person we have ever dealt with. Maybe she should find another line of work.

This is such a great practice! The entire office is highly professional and extremely nice. I had been with an excellent optometrist in San Francisco for 30 years, and I am SO glad I found Dr. McCurdy when my prior doctor retired. They have the latest equipment, the medical care is top notch, and everyone is incredibly kind. Plus easy parking! What more could a patient want!

On April 25, 2024 another patient was seated to work with the optician after I had been waiting for the optician for some time. When I questioned this, the receptionist said, "I don't know how that happened," even though she was the person who had done it. After over 25 years as a patient of this office, apparently I am too old to rate equal treatment.
