Dr. Butler was fantastic! She was efficient and straightforward while taking the time to listen. She was caring and personable without "upselling" or promoting any unwanted services or products. I actually enjoyed my appointment! (And that doesn't always happen ;).

Dr. Butler is a caring and tentative to my needs. My dry eyes symptom is improving under her treatment. She has a cheerful and helpful staff who make patients feel at ease. Thank you the Prndleton team for your excellent services.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Ashley Butler at Pendleton Eye Center. She has a sweet personality that puts you at ease, and she takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. It's obvious she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. Dr. Butler is also incredibly knowledgeable and thorough -- she walked me through each step of my exam, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I understood my eye health and options. It's rare to find a doctor along with her team who combines professionalism with such warmth and kindness. If you're looking for an optometrist who makes you feel comfortable, you're in good hands. Dr. Butler is wonderful! She and her staff are thorough, friendly, and very obviously skilled. The wait was a little longer than anticipated, but it was worth it! She's great!

Dr. Butler will always make you feel that you have a confident doctor, who knows the correct and knowledgeable answers to even the simplest of question,who gives good exams. Will answer all your questions, and stays calm and personable.

Dr Butler was FANTASTIC! Very thorough, kind and informative. *******However, I am giving 3/5 stars due to major delays. In my experience, these kind of delays are NOT the doctors fault majority of the time. My appointment was at 9:15a. Was called back at 9:20a for a quick assessment. Then, I was directed to wait in the fish bowl waiting area for, "a few minutes." I waited there for 40 minutes! I was finally taken to a patient room and was told, 'Doctor will be in soon." I asked for clarification on what, "soon," meant. The assistant said there were 2 patients ahead of me. I asked her to clarify whether or not my appointment was at 9:15am, she said, "yes, sorry about that." The doctor finally came in around 10:45a.
