Kylie with Dr. Blink Vision Center on Camp Pendleton is amazing! We have had 2 great experiences with her now with for 2 year old son diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She is so patient, and kid-friendly and ensured that our child had the right frame and sizing with his glasses. We unfortunately had a not so great experience here prior to our second visit with Kylie, when an employee told us just to pick a frame, and sent in the prescription for the glasses to be prepared. Kylie made up for someone else's lack of empathy and assistance, and our family is extremely grateful for her service in a stressful situation. Thank you Kylie! :)

Kylie was great! She was so helpful when I was having issues with the fit of my glasses. She was patient with me during the many times I came in for adjustments. In the end, she helped me find another pair that fit and felt better and that I love. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help and her customer service was amazing!

PLEASE hear me out when I say this DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place marks up the frames by 200% and charges like 120 extra for every add on like tiny and blue light... they quoted me 540 dollars for the exact same frames I got at Costco for 104 dollars. They also charge 120 for eye exams when you can go anywhere else and get one for like 70 bucks. Biggest ripoff ever. It's even worse that this place is on base for active duty and retired military.

The staff at Dr. Blink Vision Center is very professional and courteous. They were very helpful and accommodating the minute I walked into the store. Kylie, informed me about all the different promotions and sales going on with the frames. Dr. Rashti conducted the exam and was professional and patient. I will be going back to Dr. Blink in the future for all of my eye / vision care needs.
