I really like my doctor but it feels like the staff don't know what they're supposed to do. It feels very chaotic when I go in. Also, I was to receive a treatment, showed up for that treatment, then told they didn't have the medication to administer that treatment so rather than let me know in advance I showed up and was sent home untreated. This has happened 3 times. I'm very disappointed and am thinking of changing to a different specialist accept that I have confidence in the doctor. I think my doctor is very skilled and I trust him

I was referred to Dr. Haak because at my routine eye appointment, the doctor saw a hole in my retina. I was terrified. Dr. Haak and his staff were wonderful. He found the hole, explained the condition , offered me treatment alternatives. I opted for laser treatment which he performed immediately. I am so relieved and impressed. I'm great hat he is my doctor.
