I had a very good visit with Karla in ordering 3 sets of glasses. She was extremely nice and professional from the minute I walked into the store. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. She had a wonderful manner, as well. Walmart should be very glad to have her on staff!

The staff is extremely helpful. Dr. Bradford was patient and listened to my needs. The opticians enjoyed styling me. The showed me styles that I would have never thought about trying and I was able to get frames I am truly excited about. Karla and Esmerelda were awesome!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would be happy to do it. Unprofessional customer service, my glasses framing was broken after 3 months and they told me we don't have warranty on it. The glass part was made with very cheap materials all damaged and scratched in 3 months. Again customer service there is very bad.

My husband and I went for glasses and contacts. It had been a while since my last exam so I figured it was time for a new one. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the results to me. He was also very friendly which made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. The ladies that work there are so charismatic and always remember us, even over the phone. We broke our glasses, sent part of them in for the warranty and they sent us new ones so quickly, no questions asked. We love this place because of the people who work there and do their best to help and make us feel welcome every time. Definitely recommend it!

ordered contacts 2 weeks ago. no deliver date. i called back wondering where my contacts are and they told me they're on back order. never received any notification saying that until i called while walking around blind for several weeks. my visions -4.50 on both eyes. no wonder people steal from self checkout walmart optometry is by far the worst place to go. not to include a $50 contact fitting knowing damn well i know which brand contacts i want

I had a fabulous experience here! Shawn the manager and Valerie the associate were great! They were so helpful, polite, and pleasant to be around. Valerie even let me try on her own glasses ( after popping out her lenses). I ended buying the ones I wanted due to her exceptional customer service. You can tell the employees here genuinely enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend to anyone looking for new specs
