I truthfully contemplated for a very long time if I wanted to write a review for this place, and what it would entail. Honestly, if you value your time or respect your person at all, go somewhere else. They seem nice and friendly at face value, but the business side of it is so poorly ran that the few friendly faces do not make up for the rest of the establishment. 1. My appointment was at 5:15 and I wasn't seen by the doctor until 6:45. The doctor herself was very nice, hence why I went back and forth on writing this review, but really that lack of respect for my time was out of control. 2. When I finally sat down to by the glasses I wanted, nothing was explained about the lens, the options, the additions or anything. If I happened to not know that I wanted thin frames, they never would have asked. It's like their lapse in functioning on time for me originally bled into this meeting and they wanted to "make up" for my time by rushing me out without any help to really figure out what it is I need in glasses. 3. Cherry on top - they said I would get a text when my glasses were ready.. never got it! I tried being polite and waiting a few days, especially during the holiday season, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Que one month later, I go in and ask about my glasses... turns out they'd been there ready for almost THREE WEEKS. When I said I never got a text I was dismissed SO FAST as if I was the liar, not that their system maybe doesn't work right? And what, no phone call to confirm I got the text? They really couldn't give 2 cents about customer service, so if that is something you care about, go somewhere else.

Our family highly recommends Dr Lam We truly appreciate the time he takes to do the exam and explain what isbest for you. I also had an eye emergency and he was able to help me right away. Thank you so so much for such a professional service.

I enjoyed my appointments with Dr N, as she demonstrated genuine kindness, expert knowledge and remarkable professionalism, when meeting my eye care needs. I don't usually say that I "enjoyed" a visit to the doctor, but this time I said it with ease! I really appreciate when any doctor actively listens to my concerns and provides excellent care to address them. Thank you Dr N!

Had the pleasure of scheduling three exams in one day for my sons, and I. We had a great experience my sons said the doctor was awesome. My provider was amazing as well extremely engaged, and a great sense of humor. The staff at this location really professional polite will definitely come back as a repeat customer.

Dr. Lam's experience, skill and knowledge are excellent and much appreciated. His staff is also friendly and professional. I've been going there for several years. And plan to continue to do so. Update: I was recently examined by Dr. S. Kai. She genuinely addressed my issues and concerns with me which I much appreciated. Also because of the equipment used, I always feel that I receive a thorough exam. Thank you everyone. I highly recommend this place and plan on continuing to return.

The people here are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They are great with kids and great at explaining everything. Alex and Dr. Vicki made my daughter feel very comfortable and took the extra effort to make sure my daughter got her correct prescription.

Everything about this appointment felt rushed. My appointment time was 12:20 so maybe the Doctor had to go to lunch. I don't feel confident that my prescription is accurate because everything was so rushed. I have bifocals and when the small print exam was done I didn't feel that I had time to focus to figure out which line I could read. When I expressed my concern about not clearly seeing it she handed me a paper with 2 paragraphs, one smaller print and one a bit larger, neither were particularly clear and when I again said something about it she told me my eyes were tired and that it would be fine once I started wearing the new prescription. I didn't even bother ordering glasses from them, although I did get a copy of my prescription. I will end up having to go elsewhere for another eye exam and then getting glasses. Disappointing. I used to go to Dr Lam's office in Corona and always had a great experience. The office is old and dirty as well.
