Anna Lam OD

I was greeted at the front when walking in. I was directed to eye exam section. I filled out my form and was called in to my exam immediately. I was given a thorough exam that was more efficient than my regular eye doctor. The latest technology was used. I was given an eye exam by the doctor and he was very professional and courteous. I came out with contact lenses and an eye glass prescription if I choose. It was a great experience for me!

It was assisted the other day by MJ and she Provided great customer service! I also was examined by the doctor today and she was very thorough and also provide a great customer service. MJ was very patient And helpful To me! Took me a while to decide what I wanted, but she was very Kind and considerate and thorough. The whole staff is excellent and friendly !!! I will be going back there next time next year or another maybe sooner for more glasses because they have an excellent choice and great prices

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Bui and found her to be very informative, professional and thoughtful. She explained some things about my eyes that no one had before, so I really appreciated her insight and recommendations. Also, she is very kind as is everyone who helped me in the office. I highly recommend her.

Quick, efficient but also thorough. Felt like Dr Bui did a great job explaining what she was looking for in my eye scans and showing me the difference between two prescription levels since I was in between my current level and the next one up. The only I didn't like was how many texts, emails and messages I got about the appointment.

Dr. Anna Lam was great! She answered all the extra questions I had about my vision and my glasses, showed me the screens of my eye exam, explained the floaters in detail, and gave me a prescription that worked for me and my needs without straining my eyes.

It was a great experience. Dr. Anna Lam went over everything, she explained so I could understand. Her assistant who checked me in and did the exam was helpful and very pleasant this is my second time there and I will definitely go back each year.

I never usually do ratings but I was very pleased and happy has a mother with Dr.Lam she was caring and patient with my daughter who has autism and is 5 years old. I had taken her to a previous optometrist Dr. who honestly was rude and no effort to making my daughter feel comfortable. She had a bad experience and didn't want to be seen no more by any other Dr. I google and Optometrist near by and Dr.Lam had good ratings. I reached out to them explaining the situation with my daughter and they were very nice to take her in and give her good accommodations. The appointment was a success and my daughter did amazing.

I have found my new Eye Doctor. She's great very attentive and works quick, shes very nice and would recommend her to any people looking for a great Eye Doctor.
