I'm convinced Family Optometric is the best in town. I've had 2 previous eye doctors, and both were fine, but the service and care at this place is next level. I first met Dr. Knapp while on an assignmnet in her office years ago, and after many more, I decided to become a patient myself.
I've referred my fiance and my mother, and the care has always been outstanding. My mom is Deaf, and the way Dr. Knapp communicates with her during exams is patient, respectful, and truly impressive. It means so much to us.
Her late husband, Dr. Holden, was my fiance's doctor for years and was always spoken of so highly. He is deeply missed, and his legacy clearly lives on.
Now seeing that their two sons are also doctors there just shows what an amazing, dedicated family this is. Quality care clearly runs in their DNA.
The entire staff deserves recognition as well--they are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly patient, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. You're never treated like just another patient here--you're treated like you matter.

I came in with my toddler daughter who is currently struggling with stranger anxiety, and I was feeling pretty overwhelmed trying to keep her calm.
