Update: I received a voicemail from Dr. Swanson telling me that she hates to see me go but her staff was absolutely embarrassed because my daughter had a poopy diaper. She said other people were complaining too. Babies do go to the bathroom. For the record i changed her diaper as soon as i was able and made sure her diaper was thrown away outside of the building. Dr. Swanson took no accountability for how she treated my baby and myself but instead left me a voicemail making her look even worse. If your eyes are the windows to your soul then do not go to Dr. Swanson. I have been going to Dr. Swanson for many years. I love Sandy and the staff. In fact Sandy is the only reason i stayed this long but after todays visit, i will never go back. I have a 14 month and had to bring her with me to my appointment. Dr. Swanson seemed extremely irritated that my daughter was there. I was entertaining her with a stuffed animal that was in the room and Dr. Swanson didnt like that. There was actually one point when she raised her hand at my daughter. Im really suprised she has children of her own. After we left the room we were in i see a big toy box in the hallway!!! No one offered my little one any toys to play with??? I will never go back to a women who made me feel so inadequate and who almost hit my child.

Dr. Romayne Swanson I highly suggest. She was very attentive and did a outstanding check up. I can not say for other ODs in Paso Robles. Sandy and staff again went above usual standards. Wow so happy to see again thanks to great Doc.

Dr Swanson is incredibly nice to deal with. Went in their in a lot of eye pain and discomfort and she took great care of me . Extremely intelligent and good at her job. Thanks again !

I have always had the best of care with the whole staff at the Paso Robles Optometric Center!!! The Staff is very professional, helpful and friendly !!!!!
