I had my appointment yesterday and it was a genuinely great experience. The doctor was kind, took their time, and explained everything clearly. The staff was welcoming and the whole visit was smooth from check-in to check-out. Sabrina helped me order my glasses and she was super friendly, patient, and very helpful with picking out the right frames. I left feeling confident about my prescription and overall care. My son and I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and I had a pair of lenses made for my Ray Ban Meta glasses. All of the glasses and lenses came in quickly, which was the only plus. My meta glasses were brand new, and now they are scuffed on the arms. One of the lenses they made for those had a scratch, so now they are sending those back which the tech sort of seemed annoyed about. And it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that my sons Ray Ban case was damaged. The Pinole office has this all around lack of care feel to it. I wouldn't shop here again.
