All the staff is very helpful, attitude is very positive, and everyone is very knowledgeable. Dr Lee is so skilled at what he does, he did an upper lid surgery and was able to achieve all the results we discussed. No discomfort through the operation and the healing process was very painless and manageable. I definitely recommend this practice.

My mom had reconstructive eye surgery and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The procedure went smoothly, recovery was quick, and the results look and feel amazing. The team was professional and supportive every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Really not sure about the other reviews but I've had nothing but great experience with this clinic and Dr. Ka Yee So. Appointments are always on time, and usually in and out in 45min (without prescription glasses appointment). Front desk is very professional and helpful.

I am so delighted to do this survey. I have been a patient of Dr. Scott E Lee and I have been so pleased with his professional services. First of all, the office personnel are extremely friendly, courteous and has such great customer service,. It is quite evident that they are mentored by a great leader Dr. Lee himself I have had R and L cataract extractions and R and L Blepharoplasty. I am back to a 20/20 vision and I see perfectly with my eye lids corrected. I am so so pleased with the outcome of my 4 surgeries. I recommend Dr Lee to All of you for the skill, professionalism and the personal care he extends to all his patients. Thanks again Dr. Lee

The office is always over booked. Every time I visited their office, they let me wait from 40 mins to over an hour. It took Dr. Lee less than 3 mins to discuss with me, then sent me to the front desk to make follow up appointments. They're money hungers. They over book and they want you to keep coming back as many time in a year as possible. Also, when I asked the front desk employees for the refund of my co-payment, they made up excuses. I still haven't got my refund yet as of now. I've just disputed a charge through my Wells Fargo Bank. I do not recommend this office to anyone at all.

Have had nothing but positive experiences. The Dr. Is very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrea the optician is just amazing. She manages to juggle several customers very efficiently and is so kind and takes her time to explain everything and truly help you out. It does not at all feel like she's trying to sell you something-- she wants the best glasses for you! Andrea is phenomenal!

I came in with ptosis on both of my eyes and was recommended by my doctor to speak with Dr. Scott Lee and from the start of the whole procedure. The staff and Dr. Lee were very welcoming and easy to work with. After the surgery was completed, I can not only see better, but I have so much more confidence in my self. I can't be more grateful to Dr. Lee for making this process very easy to deal with, but his staff also does an amzing job of making the procedure feel easy. I highly recommend visiting if you have any problems with your eyes and if your looking to do any eye surgery, this is the place to go. Everything was perfectly done.

Rudest customer service, front desk doesnt know what theyre doing, had to go through 3 ppl to under stand that my coverage doesn't work for a mucocele surgery. Couldve told me that over the phone, and then didnt even get a notification that they changed location. Dr Scott Lee is great, very professional. IF you can make it past the front desk horrible experience. Also FYI they don't accept Care credit for anyone wondering. Never had a medical place tell me they dont accept a widely accepted card for medical reasons.
