The only issue I had was that it was 35 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. Dr. Higginbotham was cordial and got straight to the issue at hand. Prior to seeing him, I met with Chris to complete all the preliminary protocol.

I had a scare with floaters on my left eye after having cataract surgery 2 months prior so I got in quickly to see Dr Higginbotham. He did an eye exam and assured me this was a common thing and should clear up. For any reason it doesn't or it gets worse to give them a call back.

Arrived at 1:29 for my appointment. After seeing everyone had come in to see the Drs and left the Receptionist looked at me and asked if I had been helped. The same person that greeted me , gave me yearly forms to fill out, I said yes but I've been waiting 50 minutes. She began looking for my folder and found it and moved it over to where it should have been placed in the first place.
After my appointment went to the front desk to book my next appointment while I was waiting for her a lady entered the office saying there was a lost dog in the parking lot and several ladies took off including the receptionist to help leaving me just standing there. I get it , I'm a dog lover too but not professional.
The same receptionist had left a client just standing there waiting to make an appointment while she was engaged a long conversation instead of asking her to hold or taking the persons number and saying you would call back. That lady got tired of waiting and just left without being helped.
I'm a business owner myself so I notice these things.
