We just moved to town and couldn't have asked for a more accepting office of people, The staff is so friendly and the doctor is as well. I learned I have a stigmatism 45 years later oops. The office is so adorable.

Shawn McDonald is fantastic! Kassady, Sherry, Kyla, and Ami are so wonderful, friendly, and are willing to help however they can. The best Dr office experience. I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone here.

I haven't been there in a while. I went in to get new glasses, they said I have to get an exam because even though they have my file, somehow they don't have my prescription. I think I'm being lied to to force me to pay for an exam. All they did was lose a customer.

My wife and I have been going to this doctor's office for years. The people at the desk are always accommodating and willing to help whether it is to adjust a frame or answer billing questions. I have had last minute scheduling changes occur on my end and the receptionist was able to schedule me without any other conflicts. Of course this also depends on their availability. Towards the end of the year it tends to be busy as people try to use the remainder of their Flex accounts. I have taken my 8 and 10 year old boys here for checkups and the boys both enjoyed going to this optometrist. Good people.

Been going here for years. Dr. McDonald is personable and fun. Always has a good story. Explains stuff when I ask. The staff is always nice, as well. I'd recommend him.

I've been coming to Dr. McDonald since I was 12, thats 27 years now. The great staff and great atmosphere keep me coming back. You can't lose with Doc McD!

Dr. Mc Donald was able to get me a prescription that worked when all others failed. The staff is very easy to work with and they go out of their way to help. Thank you.

Rude! Called to let them know I Was going to be five minutes late. they said they could no longer see me .... Was a new customer, but will never be seen by this office. I've regularly gone to an eye doctor since I was 5 years old and I do more waiting around than any other type of doctors visit... 5 minutes wouldn't have made the office any later or delayed than they normally are!
