Finally, an eye doctor that treats you like a person! The exam was the most thorough I've ever had, and the doctor is so friendly and down-to-earth. The entire staff--from the welcoming receptionists to the wonderful lady who helped us pick glasses--made us feel right at home. They were **transparent about our benefits** and gave great style advice. Honest, kind, and professional. We won't go anywhere else! If you're looking for an honest, welcoming optometrist, this is it. We felt supported rather than sold to.

Our family has been going to Dr. Stephen Ching for many years. He was the first Dr to really listen to my concerns about my vision while wearing contact lenses. At the time, he gave me a new prescription that immensely helped me out. I was estatic! Since, I have been going to him for all my eye care and he's always been thorough, professional, warm & friendly. He makes the visit so comfortable that I actually look forward to my annual exams! Also, his staff has always been so helpful & friendly. Leslie in the billing department is top notch. She has helped me out so much over the years with insurance concerns. Had Dr. Ching as my Doctor since I was 12 years old and now I'm 24. Grew up in a Rancho Cordova, lived in LA for a while, now actually live away from Rancho Cordova and still make the commute/drive to see Dr. Ching for all my appointments. Helped take care of me when I had my contact lenses all the way up until I had Lasik done and still checks up on me. 5/5 Doctor 5/5 Customer Service 5/5 patient care 5/5 staff 5/5 office!!!

It was a great experience! The staff are very nice and friendly, Angeli and 2 other young ladies that I wasn't able to ask their names. Dr. Stephen is the best. I got more than what I paid for compared to my previous optometrist that I paid more. Dr. Stephen is very friendly and knows his job very well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ching for decades. My grandfather, grandmother, spouse and son have all been patients with Eye Zone Optometry for decades too. I have sent several friends to Dr. Ching over years as well. As a nurse, mom and musician, I trust their honesty, thoroughness and dedication to really looking out for the best interests of their patients. Eye Zone has also been a wonderful supporter of the Rancho Cordova River City Concert Band (a local non-profit community band) as well through donations for their annual fundraiser.
