Ive had Ann as my optometrist since i was ..in middle school. I am 31 now. I think she is one of the best optometrists for so many reasons, shes personable, caring, has all the updated equipment to track eye health, and the biggest thing for me is she doesnt up the prescription to be super strong like so many other places.. i dont trust a lot of optpmetrists because of that. I feel i am in good hands and will continue to come here. Thank you for being so great Ann!

Excellent eye doctor and staff! Transferred here from another office and so glad I did!! They are some of the kindest, most caring, professional, and sweetest group I've ever come across. Everything is explained clearly and thoroughly, steps to insure patient safety and well being are handled top notch and they just go over and beyond to make each patient feel special and well cared for. She has always gone the extra mile to meet our needs on a highly professional and positive individualized level. The office is always pleasant and timely. We each appreciate how she treats each exam. She explains her evaluations, and has a true desire and keen ability to understand and address any concerns we've ever had. I had to wait 30 min after appointment time even though I came in 10 min earlier. It was unprofessional. The staff was rude and not helpful when asked to try on frames. My guess was that they had to sanitize the frames after they are being touched as there were a few in a sanitized box which beeped while I was waiting. The staff appeared unhappy with their job. Everybody wore a mask but I could tell the demeanor, tone of voice, and partial facial expression. The only smile I noticed was when the optometrist came out to tell one of the staff members to collect my copay and small chatted. There weren't many styles in their frame selection. The exam seemed rush within 15 min whereas the prior patient was in the room before I even got there. I came here 4-5 years ago. It was fine then, now it seems like Covid has made it worse. With this recent experience, I wouldn't go back or recommend this place.

I went here for the first time about a week ago & had an exceptional experience. Ann answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. I found frames I liked within minutes. They have a really good selection, and she also helped me in finding contacts that'll meet my needs, which is still in the works. The major plus is she took her time. & I didn't feel rushed like i did at kaiser. I definitely plan on returning for future prescription needs! Thank you!

Love this Dr and her staff. Their office is super careful about Covid, super clean and they made me feel very safe. You can count on this dr to explain details about your eye care and she answers questions openly and honestly. My cataracts have grown quite a bit and she rushed my referral to cataract surgery immediately. I'm very grateful to this team!
