I wouldn't recommend this place. It's weird from the start. They keep the entrance door locked even during regular business hours. You have to wait there for them to come open it and wait for them to let you out. Then after you pay them for your glasses it's a longer than normal wait and then when you have an accident with your glasses they make up any excuse to rebuttal you when both parties know it's covered under warranty. Just an unpleasant experience all around. Look elsewhere if you want a company that stands by there warranties and more professional and quick service.

Up until now, most of my optometrists only cared about my ability to focus. But they never could address the reason for my eye strain and discomfort with computers. Dr. Miyamura, who stated struggles with eye strain herself, told me she recognizes the importance. She actually cared enough to explain what my issues were and gave me easy to understand examples. She was very patient yet full of energy! I learned so much from her and am really looking forward to seeing her next year for my next check up. The cost of my glasses (frames and lens) were about $85 with my insurance covering $150 and the lens would jump in price by an extra $80-90 if I got the lens coating to reduce glare and scratches. They offer a variety of plastic and metal frames as well as plastic and other types of lenses (with prisms for people like me whose eyes converge)! I just learned about my eyes and it was a fantastic experience. I also present as gender non-binary- they didn't ask me about pronouns- but all staff treated me respectfully throughout the appointment.

Just recently had an appointment for the 2nd year in a row and the customer service was just as great as the first time around. Dr. Miyamura is very knowledgeable and you can tell she genuinely cares for her patients by the level of service she provides. I really appreciate it!

This is a wonderful office that takes the time to truly personalize your needs. Dr. Miyamura and the staff are very knowledgeable about their product and services .Excellent selection of eyewear at good prices. Highly recommended.
