I visited this location last year and had a negative experience due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. Since it's within walking distance of my home, I decided to give it another try this year. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the level of professionalism has not improved. While I cannot place all the blame on the staff, as the office appears to be severely understaffed, the manager also displayed unprofessional behavior. I witnessed her openly discussing a $130 deposit shortage on the floor in front of me and another customer, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I also overheard her telling an employee she had to take only a 30-minute lunch because they were short staffed, even though the employee was scheduled for a full hour. Additionally, she admitted to forgetting to check in a customer who had been waiting in the lobby for over an hour. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the doctor is fantastic. However, the selection of glasses is limited and overpriced. Due to the constant phone calls and need to assist other customers, staff members were unable to dedicate time to help me choose frames or discuss my options. Ultimately, I left without purchasing glasses and instead ordered my prescription online through a competitor. I will not be returning next year for my annual exam.

The lady assisting me with purchasing frames and lenses was very rude. I understand it's not her fault that my insurance did not cover very much but her attitude was unacceptable. I was asking about cheaper options she made a few clicks on her computer and said nope it's still over $300 for one pair. She just got up and walked away and sighed heavily showing how annoyed she was. I don't know her name but she was older and had a chain attached to her glasses. She needs another job not dealing with customers. I left and I won't ever return. I will also tell my friends and family to avoid this place

I've been a patient at this location for about three years and have spent thousands of dollars here. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was so disrespectful that I will never return. I came in as a walk-in, which this location advertises as accepted. The manager herself told me that if the 5:00 pm appointment did not arrive by 5:10 pm, I would be seen. Other staff reiterated the same thing. Based on that assurance, I waited in the store for about 40 minutes. The appointment did not arrive by the stated grace period. At 5:12 pm, I asked to be seen as promised. At 5:15 pm, the late appointment arrived and was given the slot anyway, and I was bumped--despite the manager having explicitly told me the appointment would be mine if the patient didn't arrive on time. Notably, the manager was no longer present by the time this happened. When I calmly explained why I was upset, the response was dismissive. The doctor was shockingly unprofessional--rather than listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he repeatedly said he "didn't know anything about that," rolled his eyes, turned his back on me, and ended the interaction with a sarcastic "Have a nice day." This wasn't about being a walk-in--it was about being given a clear promise by the manager, waiting in good faith, and then being treated with indifference and disrespect when the store failed to honor its own stated policy. I expected far better treatment as a long-term patient. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and basic respect for your time, I would recommend going elsewhere.

My experience was very positive! I received a call ahead of time to check my insurance.. she was cheerful and made me feel great. I was able to get in quickly for my eye exams. Greeted by Steph for the first exam. She had a beautiful smile and was very sweet. The Eye Dr also was very quick. Next, was Tracey who was very pleasant and helpful in selecting the correct glasses and what type of lenses. She took her time to get it right! I left feeling very confident I will receive great glasses for myself. Looking forward to pick them up!

Had a contact exam and training here. The exam itself was fine but when it came to the training portion I was struggling heavily to both insert and remove the contacts. The trainers were kind but not the most helpful when it came to giving advice. I was able to remove the first one but the second was being more stubborn and my eye was extremely agitated. The doctor then went to remove it for me but checked and stated that it was already removed. My eye was still irritating me but I took their word for it. When I woke up the next day I found the contact folded and sticking out of my eye. I contacted the office to have my eye checked to insure it hadn't been scratched or damaged. The doctor stated that there was still some irritation and abrasion but that it should clear up over the next couple of days. I decided that I was no longer interested in getting contacts and requested a refund which was declined by the store manager since I had already received the eye exam despite having not actually received the prescription nor contacts as I wasn't able to finish the fitting the prior day due to them lacking the correct contact lenses to finalize the prescription. I understand mistakes happen and I don't fault them for that but the handling of the situation was very poor in my opinion and I wouldn't not recommend their services. I give them 2 stars because for the most part their staff was kind but the management is sub par.

Another great experience. Came in on a Friday afternoon right after lunchtime there was no line so I didn't have to wait at all. I dealt with three people while I was in the office. First person I dealt was was the doctor's assistant she answered all my questions that made me very happy.. next I dealt with the doctor can't remember his name but he pleasant and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and trust me I had a lot. Last will Sylvia help me pick out my glasses and we went through a lot cuz I didn't know what the heck I wanted. Truly a wonderful experience in-store. I recommend you go here. Peace

I went for 2 for 89 deal it's frames only lenses cost me another 830 dollars and my glasses where shipped from. Yetserday because ship on weekends they were done Friday and there still not here on Tuesday. Called on Wednesday still nothing done on 22nd but stuck at customs because there lab is Mexico beware . For this price I should be able to see by now I get migraines from. Not having them mine broke.

Things were running a bit slow. The cost was average in my experience. However everyone was very nice and I left satisfied with the experience.
