Clear View Optometry

This is by far the best optometrist I've ever been to. Dr. Zhu was very attentive and thoughtful during my appointment. I felt listened to and taken seriously as I explained my vision problems. The machine that Dr. Zhu used for my eye exam was very high-tech. The lenses that the staff members cut for my frames were good quality and made efficiently. Erika, the technician who helped me, was incredibly patient with me while adjusting the nose pads and arms of my frames. I thought the overall facilities were quite fancy and well-maintained, and there was a great selection of frames to browse through. I had a great experience here, and I will absolutely be coming back!

I was impressed by how professional, knowledgeable and kind everyone at Clear View Optometry is. The office/store is immaculate and well-stocked with frames. Dr. Zhu used state-of-the-art equipment that I haven't seen in other optometrist offices to quickly and accurately measure my daughter's vision, and staff member Erika patiently helped with the frames until they were just right. My daughter is thrilled to have comfortable glasses that she loves and clear vision once again. Thank you, Dr. Zhu!

I love this optometry office. I've been going there for years. My 3 year old daughter goes there too. They found my daughter's astigmatism early and they were so helpful! It was comforting for a mom. Everyone who works there is great and helpful. Emily is one of my favorites. She helps us almost every time we go. I would highly recommend Clearview Optometry.

I would avoid going to this place if you want good customer service from the staff and professional help. I have gotten glasses here twice now and both times there were issues. This last time, I had issues with the frames because after wearing them for a day, I had realized that they fit me tight and were giving me a headache. I was never advised by the staff that the frames could not be adjusted (basically it is what it is- without breaking the frame). After the fact, now they decide to measure the circumference of my face. Which at that point was too late. I had talked to the manager that the frames were too tight and she simply did not care that the issue was not my fault. Very rude. I had to pay $30 to get a different pair of frames (when the staff could have easily told me that frames could not be adjusted). And i would have looked for a different pair before saying yes to the ones I had ordered. Staff here doesn't give recommendations, or offer professional advice/help like other optometry's s do. I will not be coming here again. I thought this place was good, but it's truly not.

We have been patients of Clear View Optometry for two years, and today I brought in my youngest daughter (3 years old) to get her very first eye exam, and, Dr. Tran was amazing with her, it was the best experience a three year old could ever ask for. He was caring, patient, and even played age appropriate music and that was just the cherry on top. I wish I could have brought my other kids to them when they first got their very first eye exam. Thankfully we are not going anywhere else. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!

They performed an eye ex am and shortly after, I began to get headaches. I was told that it would take time to adjust to the new prescription. The problem persisted, they refused to re-examine and I was forced to go for a year until my insurance would cover another eye exam. Just had my previous optometrist perform an exam, and without telling them a thing about that experience, he exclaimed "who did your last eye exam?! This is way off"!

The optometrist was very nice, specifically I had Dr. Larry Tran but be extremely careful when asking for services at this place. They do a terrible job at telling you about charges for certain check ups until the very end when the appointment is done. Left the office with a very expensive bill at the end since they signed me up for various services that I was not even aware were done. Edit: I originally gave a lower review, but upon calling the office, they were willing to discuss with me to schedule another appointment to get me the treatment I paid for. Unfortunately however, I was not able to get the refund. My experiences in follow up appointment like before was nice though as Dr. Tran was very helpful and kind

I recently took my granddaughter and we were treated with such positive and great attitude. Erika was one that helped us through the process, she made everything go smoothly.
