Dr. Pham takes his commitment to patient comfort and care seriously. I saw Dr. Pham for cataract surgery a year ago and the results exceeded my expectations. I recently saw Dr. Pham for an eye issue (unrelated to the cataract surgery) and to say that he addressed the problem quickly and thoroughly is an understatement. He kept track of my treatment and stayed in communication with me until the issue was resolved. As ever, his staff was professional and courteous. Excellent doctor - My husband and myself are Dr Pham's patients. His office provides a streamline procedure for office visits. Within 30-45 minutes, we have completed our appointment. There is no double, triple or quadruple booking of patients at the same timeframes which we have come across at other doctor's offices. Dr Pham is a very personable doctor discussing sports with my husband. His bedside manner is respectful. It includes listening attentively, clearly explaining treatment options and making his patients feel at ease during a stressful time. After my husband's cataract surgery, my husband asked Dr Pham if he could have a cup of coffee. Dr Pham surprised him with a cup of coffee. We considered ourselves so fortunate to have him as our ophthalmologist.

Went there a few weeks ago. Honestly paid a lot of money for an unhelpful consultation. My eye is worse than ever but I was told there is nothing wrong. Also it was not easy to get a hold of the front desk to make an appointment at that time.

I've been coming here for at least 2 years and the Dr is very knowledgeable and welcoming. He really listens when I'm speaking with him, I really like that. I wish more doctors would do that.

Dr. Pham is the most knowledgeable, kind and understanding doctor. My mother had cataract surgeries on both eyes. Dr. Pham is thorough in explaining the process and willing to listen when concerns arise. He was also quick to respond to our inquiries. He is an outstanding doctor. Dr. Pham was great! My 3-year-old son was nervous to go to the doctor's office, but Dr. Pham had kid-appropriate tools and activities that he used during the appointment while assessing my son's vision. He made both of us feel comfortable and explained what was going on in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pham if you're looking for a pediatric ophthalmologist.

Dr. Pham is the absolute best! Super chill with the kids and explains everything to a point where you don't feel like you have to go home and google the diagnosis for your eyes. I live in Grand Terrace but I will definitely travel to Rancho so my son can be seen by him!

We were new to the area and needed a new ophthalmologist. Upon a recommendation, we called Dr Pham's office for an appointment and were scheduled to see him fairly quickly. His office is in a brand new buildout, with ample and easy parking. His facility is top notch, but Dr Pham's knowledge supersedes that! He explained in great detail the precautions to take during my diabetic exam. Loved his bedside manner and so happy we found a wonderful ophthalmologist in Rancho!
