Starting with a simple Google search for a local optometrist led me to Dr. Joanne Kim and her wonderful team. Making an appointment was simple and easy. Arriving to my appointment, I was greeted and started my examination almost immediately. After my examination, I was accompanied to their array of glasses and thoroughly explained the prices and options covered by my insurance. After choosing, her team explained the next steps and things came to a nice conclusion. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim. I thank her and her team for their excellent care!

My husband and I visited Joanne J. Kim Optometry yesterday and just like our prior visit we were met with extremely friendly office staff. Dr. Kent Chang was absolutely amazing! The entire staff were prompt, organized, kind, showed concern and made it clear they care about us as patients. In the current post-COVID medical environment it is often frustrating or worrisome to visit doctors. Not here! My husband and I especially appreciated the time and level of attention Dr. Chang shared with us. We very much appreciate this office and their staff, and will be back yearly for our annual exams!

Dr Kim is very attentive. She has a pleasant personality. She is very thorough with the exams. Her staff is very nice. I have been seeing her for over 3 years, I highly recommend her.

Dr. Kim and her staff are incredibly friendly and do a great job with every aspect of the appointment. Dr Kim always helps explains things to me perfectly and helps me understand. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for an amazing optometrist.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been going to them for two years. They are very accommodating. I love the fact that both providers are related. Keeping it in the family. Also, the glasses I purchased are designer Gucci with a great price.

It was my first time coming to this Optometrist. Everyone here was very helpful from the minute. I got there and polite. I highly recommend this Optometrist to anyone.

Never go to this place they refused to submit my medical records that's required for the special tenti need for my glasses they also wanted to do test so they could bill iehp that my eye Dr dose on the regular that Dr is a scam they wanted me to pay for my special glasses instead of billing iehp when in-fact they cover them with the dr notes about my condition so beware if you are sent there they wanted to to test on my eyes only to bill iehp the office staff is rude and nasty. Please beware of all the good reviews anytime you only see good reviews beware because every business has some bad reviews that they try and hide

I've been a patient for several years now and I can't say enough about the top drawer service I get there. I highly recommend them. One complaint, just one. The chairs in the lobby have never been comfortable. Nobody is perfect.
