I had a wonderful experience at the Macy location at Victoria Gardens, the Optometrist Joanne Hassar was wonderful she took the time and listened to my concerns and even would not let me leave without making sure my Rx was perfect (usually the Optometrist have told me my eyes will adjust) she even did extra testing that I have never been offered before. She was extremely professional and nice. The other staff Stephanie and Elliot were very helpful in helping me pick a couple of frames and getting me the best price. I will definitely be back to this location. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this location and Optometrist!

Took my favorite pair of glasses in to LensCrafters in Macy's Victoria Garden. Thought I'd ruined them but A very professional and courteous you man named Nathan, not only repaired them but noticed the nose pad needed changing and took care of it as well.
The kind of customer service he provided I haven't experienced in a long time.

Came here for the 1st time with a friend. Had a great experience. Ben is great at customer service. So patient and full of knowledge. I purchased two pair of glasses. Then when I came back to pick up one pair Stephanie helped me out and she was great as well!! I ended up liking another pair. I said I would purchase them when I returned for the 2nd pair. Picked up the 2nd pair today and had great customer service with Elliott. I not only got one pair but purchased another pair as well. Thanks for the great glasses land outstanding customer service. Wow!!!! We normally go to Lens Crafters in San Bernardino. But that new regime has taken a big dump and they are just straight out rude and inconsiderate of customers.
We decided to travel to Lens Crafters at Victoria Gardens, specifically the Macy's store. Wow again!!! Elliot, Ben, and Nathan are awesome!!!! Treated us great and made my wife feel welcomed. This is definitely our new stop for glasses. They have superior service and gave us the best deal without BSing us with stuff we didn't need. Go to San Berdoo if you feel like you deserve being treated like crap. Go to Macy's Lens Crafters at the Victoria Gardens if you want to feel important.

The female doctor is very rude. I don't mind spending the money on a place that has good customer service. Staff is good but the doctor needs to understand that there are many providers in the area, and in order to get a good client base you need to watch your tone with patients. Overall, Dr. Duran needs to practice professionalism. I will not be coming to her in the future. I've never had such an horrible experience before! I always go to the LensCrafters in Ontario Mills and regret choosing this place.
