Visionworks Town Center Square

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Visionworks Town Center Square. This was my first time getting new lenses in the U.S., and I was very clear that I wanted to keep my original frame, which has great sentimental value to me and is still in perfect condition. I only needed to replace the lenses, and I asked for the best and thinnest quality lenses possible. They recommended the 1.6 high-index lenses, which were the most expensive option, and I trusted their advice. I paid around $150 out of pocket (even with insurance) and was expecting a high-quality result similar to my previous glasses. However, when I received them, I was shocked. The new lenses look much thicker than my old ones, completely out of proportion with my frame. They make it look like I'm wearing a prescription of -10, even though mine is only around -2.25 and -2.50. My prescription barely changed (only 0.25 in one eye), so there's no reason the lenses should look this bulky. I've been wearing glasses for over 10 years and have had several pairs made in different places, and this is by far the worst experience. The lenses don't fit the frame properly and ruin the aesthetic completely. I feel embarrassed to wear them, they look like magnifying bottoms of a glass instead of high-quality optical lenses. For the price I paid and the trust I placed in them, I expected much better professionalism and care. I truly regret coming here and cannot recommend this location.

Thank you Game Day! My husband and I are so glad we finally came in for a consultation. We were very hesitant to start this peptide journey but as as soon as we walked in and were greeted by the general manager he immediately made us feel comfortable. He asked us if we had questions spend some time taking to us before we met with the NP Gill, who then was full of information and answers to all our questions and concerns. This was so sales gimmick, nothing felt like it was being sold to us but rather we were just being informed. They helped answer our questions and made us feel so comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place if you are wanting to more info on peptides or vitamins. Also the consultation was free!

I needed a Rx for computer glasses so I decided to make an appointment at vision Works Since they accepted my insurance. I was able to make the appointment online for the same day. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly. They gave me information regarding the glasses and what my insurance covered. And then I had my eye exam with the Doctor who was very kind. I ended up choosing a pair of glasses that I really love, and I am excited to pick them up. I was in and out in about an hour. Very quick and efficient.

I had a really great experience here. The Doctor is really nice and listened to my concerns. Karissa was really helpful and delightful. She was really insightful and knowledgeable with any questions I had and made the experience really great. Super great place and employees.

Wonderful experience! The vision that was quick, but thorough. They had a wonderful selection of frames and the sales associate was wonderful. I picked some great frames and I'm looking forward to picking them up when they're done! I went in for my vision test and left with my frame/lens order in about an hour to an hour and a half.

I went here for the 1st time for the eye exam and two pairs of glasses. The location was very clean and my service was professional and friendly. The appointment went probably exactly the way it should with the addition of a retina scan just to be safe and I believe the scan will help for a reference in future appointments. I feel like the selection was pretty good and the pricing for the quality lenses and frames were fair. I'll say the equivalent of their competition. No better or worse . My appointment was 11-25-2025 they told me it could take approximately 3 weeks for my new glasses to come in. I need 1 reading pair of glasses as well as one pair for distance. I'm not a candidate for bi-focalization. I get migraine headaches that are debilitating when I try to wear them. They gave me a bunch of options for the quality of lenses as well as using an existing frame that I own for my reading lenses that I really like. That with my insurance cut the out of pocket expenses down quite a bit. So far I highly recommend this location.if anything changes my opinion when my glasses come I'm I will add an additional review correction. So far I'm very pleased.

This was a wonderful visit to this office. I received first rate care with a personal touch. I was able to get a same day appointment with the doctor! I have been going to the same eye doctor for over 20 years. So happy I found this office to make a change. The Vision Works staff were all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here!
