Warby Parker Victoria Gardens

I finally remembered to replace my prescription sunglasses after far too long . I walked in with my family and was kindly greeted by attentive and friendly staff. It helps that I'm a regular Warby Parker customer with my prescription already in the system and I already knew how everything works here, but everyone was so kind and friendly in person. We were in and out in 15 minutes after trying on a few frames and ordering the glasses.

I had a pleasant time being skeptical of coming in at first. The staff (AJ & Justin) along with Dr Tran made my experience a great one. They really made my time at the Rancho Cucamonga location one that will have me back for my second pair of glasses. I never felt rushed with any situation (looking for frames, eye exam, deciding the perfect frame, the final purchase) while being there. So thank you all! I'm looking forward to receiving my first pair of glasses from you guys.

There were several staff members to help with locating my frames so I didn't have to wait very long and they were very helpful and friendly. The selection of frames is incredible and I was able to complete my purchase quickly. Overall a great experience!

I recently visited Warby Parker in Victoria Gardens and had a phenomenal experience. Scheduling an eye appointment on their website was super simple and easy, making the process very convenient. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, setting a positive tone right away. The staff here were amazing and attentive, making me feel exceptionally well taken care of throughout my visit. The optometrist, Brian, was particularly impressive. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns with outstanding knowledge and professionalism. I've never been treated so well and felt so comfortable in an optometrist's office before. In addition to the excellent service, I also ordered my glasses from Warby Parker. The prices were very affordable, adding to the overall great experience. Overall, my visit to Warby Parker in Victoria Gardens was exceptional. From the ease of making an appointment to the warm greeting, attentive staff, and knowledgeable optometrist, every aspect of my visit was outstanding. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of eye care or new glasses.

AJ was fantastic and attentive. Her suggestions were on point and helped me get the exact pair I wanted. Employees like her are the reason I come back to Warby for years. Side note, Irving assisted and was so memorable. You can't go wrong with Warby

I can't say enough about Randy at this location. It's one thing to just do the job, it's an entirely different thing to go above and beyond, and be so kind and helpful to visitors. He was so patient and offered great suggestions. He also troubleshooted very effectively when we were placing the orders, where I'm sure others would have thrown up their hands in defeat. It's so rare to meet someone so competent and simultaneously so kind these days. I've been to a few different Warby Parkers but this is where I'll send all my friends and family thanks to Randy.

The sales associate that helped me was friendly and very knowledgeable about the frames, lenses and fit of the different frames. He helped me so much and I will be back to order more glasses because of his help. I was very pleased with everything once I left the store! I will definitely recommend the store and brand to others.

Manager Randy and the team are helpful and knowledgeable, making the eyeglass-buying process a breeze. I drove almost 150 miles round-trip to purchase new glasses from Warby Parker (I need to spend time trying several frames on, so I go to the physical store rather than purchasing online), and I was delighted with the level of service I received.
