Very professional and friendly atmosphere. They listened to all my concerns about my eyesight after my cataract surgery and provided me with a solution. Also purchased my new glasses and was given excellent service in making my choice of frames. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend .

Like a goof i drove to the wrong location. The staff informed the other location of my arrival and gave directions. They were Very helpful and a delight to meet . I appreciated the expertise and opnions of the employees helping me select my glasses. It left me confident about my choice. 10/10 great staff and experience

Dr. J is the nicest man. He is so personable, and easy to talk to about my concerns and questions. Shasta Eye has been incredibly helpful and attentive to my eye care. Upon moving back home to the Redding area, my husband had a contact that refused to leave his eye! We struggled with trying to get it out. Shasta Eye worked with the Veteran's Administration for authorization and approval for my eye care to include my husband's cataract surgery! They have been amazing every step of the way. Dr. Silverstine did an amazing surgery. He is loving life without glasses on his left eye, and cannot wait to get his right one done! Thank you for the excellent care.

Dr. J is GREAT. Answered all my questions and made me feel respected. He took the time to answer questions without me feeling like I was taking too much of his time. All the employees were friendly and go the extra mile to make getting my new glasses a special experience. Thanks to everyone!!!!

Would not recommend this place. Just to get an appt was over a month out. Came for my scheduled appt and had to wait an hour and half to be seen by the Dr for 5 mins. Then had to wait another 20 mins just to pay. When I called to schedule an appt to pick up my contacts to be fitted I got a person from call center who couldn't even schedule my appt, told me they would call me back and never did. Then when I finally got ahold of someone from the office they are over a month out got me to pick up my contacts. Seems like they are over scheduling themselves and not giving themselves enough time to assist or schedule their preexisting customers.

Again, I really enjoyed my visit with Shasta Eye on March 5th, a follow up on my cataract surgery. It's a pleasure working with a professional friendly staff. I would highly recommend Shasta Eye Medical Group. Thank you!!!

What an incredible team of caring and intentional people. From the first person I met at the front desk, to the prep staff, doctor, and optometry sales associate, every single one made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. It's rare to find an entire staff that is both so professional and so kind.

My Partner, Dave Doig is a patient here. They are very friendly and professional. We have been taken very good care of here. Dr J is very informative and makes sure you are comfortable with your vision and glasses. The girls in the office are always friendly and helpful.
