Shasta Eye Medical Group

Had such an amzing experience with my first cataract surgery. Shasta eye medical group staff and Doctor was compassionate caring and everything went great before and after surgery. Dr Silverstine persoanlly called me the evening i had surgery to make sure i was doing okay. I have my other eye schedule next week I can't wait.

Today, my husband had his consultation with Shasta Eye Medical Group on referral from the VA, and from the moment we entered to the moment we left, we were treated with genuine kindness and genuine friendliness. It was surprising and so refreshing. Sadly, we canot recall the friendly face at the front desk, but we met TWO Jackys and Tracy and Dr. Bruce S., and everyone was kind and un-rushed, though they did move us here, there and everywhere quite efficiently! Lol, what a crazy maze 10+ experience. Thank you

The staff at Shasta Eye Medical Group - Butte location are very friendly and quite knowledgeable. They do several tests on your eyes with a different machine in every room. It was rather fun going from room to room for each test as they explain each test and eye drops and what to expect. My cataract surgery was comfortable and on time, they kept me relaxed and explained what they were doing, how it would feel, and why they were doing each phase. And now I can see better after just one eye's cataract is fixed. I'm actually excited about getting the cataract surgery on my other eye. Thank you to Dr. Bagga and all your staff

Last week my appointment was with Dr Silverstein as I'm prone to Uvulitis. He was very knowledgeable about my condition, and took time to answer all my questions. The entire staff displayed kindness and courtesy throughout my visit. It feels so good to know I have such wonderful competent professionals when I need them!

Scheduler was very funny and helpful. Tracy who did my check in was excellent. Answered many of my questions. Very professional. The dog greeter was so special. Dr Silverstein was as always very supportive

I dropped off my pre surgery paperwork to 900 Butte st. The two ladies working there, they greeted me , they were so "genuinely nice" that it changed my outlook (positively) for the rest of the day!. My surgery was quick and painless.. I was in and out in about an hour. The next day I got into my car and ? Why does my dash, my instruments look like that? I sat there staring at what looked like someone came in, polished everything, installed new lights. Everything was bright shiny colorful. Now , if I were reading this post my thought would be " is he paid to say all this &;/&: or what. I don't get excited over medical procedures done to me. Most have been mediocre at best. Perhaps it was the extent in which my eye had degraded. The clarity, the colors, over years and years you don't realize what you had lost. Until the years are reversed in basically minutes. I can't ( obviously ) speak highly enough about my Dr (Dr Bagga) and the entire staff.. THANK YOU ! Blake Butler

I've never experienced a staff and doctor that is so understanding, caring, and overall amazing! I go in for periodic iron injections, and I won't kill you. They do hurt. One occasion it hurt more than usual, and I had mentioned that to the receptionist who I think name is Linda. When I went in recently, Linda had made a note in my chart to make sure that I get extra numbing drops and relay that all the other employees that assisted me in completing the eye injection. They're just amazing and I appreciate them.
