As a long time patient of Dr Hansen, I'm always pleased by his professional, intelligent and competent approach. His prescriptions for fitting my glasses have always been spot on. He caught a retinol tear that could have been serious had it not been detected early. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Everything was good, apart from having to specifically request copies of photos of my own eyes. They said they "typically don't" email the photos that the customer just paid for, which makes no sense. In what world does someone pay for photos and then NOT receive a copy? It took a little pressing to get the photos emailed to me, which was quite an odd experience.
