I had an excellent experience with Dr. Joshi, and his team. Dr. Joshi Was incredibly thorough throughout my exam and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel confident that I was getting the best care possible. The staff was also exceptional. They were understanding, patient and generally helpful from start to finish. They made the entire visit, smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Joshi To anyone looking for outstanding eye care. The quality of service and level of compassion here truly stand out.

Dr. Joshi and his staff are wonderful. The office is efficient. They have the most up to date equipment, making things very comfortable for the patient. Dr. Joshi is personable, kind and patient. He explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this office.

My experience yesterday with my eye appointment with Dr. Joshi was excellent. He covered any problem I was experiencing and was kind enough to notify my Primary Physician that I had completed my yearly exam. The staff are always thorough and friendly. Great visit once again.

Dr. Joshi is wonderful, but I in the office for over an hour and a half, and most of it was consumed by just sitting and waiting. Adjustments need to be made in how many patients are scheduled in a given time period.

I continue to be favorably impressed by Dr. Joshi and the team at SBEI. Every member of the medical and other staff show a high level of skill and consistent commitment. To maintain these skill levels over time, Dr. Joshi has done an unusually strong job of attracting and retaining some of the very best people in eyecare. On a personal level, I consider myself a direct beneficiary of the SBEI excellence. It's as good or better than the best care you will find anywhere. I am pleased to offer the team at the SBEI my very highest recommendation.

Great doctors - Joshi and Ma are awesome. But scheduling and patient service from support staff could improve. Disappointed. Scheduling mistake made in 2 of my last 3 annual visits cost me time - and this year I needed to come back. Check, double check and triple check appointments.

Dr. Joshi is an excellent doctor. He seems attentive, caring, and competent. Plus, I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen.
