Staff was very patient. I was confused with how to go about my insurance coverage, and they went out of their way to help me sort it out- call who they needed to call and get the information needed. Dr. Z is also great! He was very thorough; took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. Overall, a really positive experience!

Dr. Z is awesome! I couldn't ask for a better eye doctor. I had a full ophthalmologic exam. He was thorough, knowledgeable & took the time to explain the tests that I took. He asked all the right questions. The staff is top notch. Zasha is a great tech. I would highly recommend Zdenek Eye Institute.

Very unprofessional and dishonest place. They take no responsibility for their treatments and their actions. They intentionally bill one treatment under the name of a different, more expensive procedure in order to charge more money. This is extremely unethical. At first, Monica was friendly and assured me that their office handles insurance matters. She clearly stated that the insurance covers the treatment. Later, I received a bill showing that the insurance covered nothing at all. It turns out they reported that I had surgery, which is completely false -- no surgery was ever performed. This is a serious misrepresentation. Instead of taking responsibility, they try to pressure people into paying money they do not owe. Be careful. Be warned. Stay away from this place. I strongly do not recommend them.

Amazing Doctor, and amazing staff... I have been here quite a few times the past 12 years, and every time I go in there, the staff & Doctor are simply incredible, especially Zasha! She is professional, kind, and has compassion for the clients, this is the only eye doctor I will ever go to right now!!!... Keep up the great work, don't ever change and keep on going... Thank you so much for all of your help you have had with me in the past for my glasses and my eyes... Thank you kindly!!

Dr Zdenek is a GEM! He takes his time to be thorough and explains things to the patient. I feel confident that my eyes are in good hands! Great and friendly staff! Recommend!
