Dr. Mahnoush Rafat and the entire EYEcenter Optometric Rocklin team were fantastic! Dr. Rafat took her time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my exam. She was very thorough, kind, and genuinely cared about my eye health not just getting through the appointment quickly. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and the office is spotless and well organized. I left feeling confident in my prescription and grateful for the care I received. I absolutely love Dr Gittins. He explains things very well and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. My 3 kids, 8, 10, and 12 years old are happy seeing him too. I definitely recommend him if you're looking for a doctor!

I was very impressed from start to finish the ease of setting an appointment, the care, everyone was very personable and professional and Dr Coen was very knowledgeable, personable and explained things exceptionally well! She was delightful! I also noticed that all the workers seemed happy and worked well together!

Dr. Mahnoush Rafat is wonderful! She's super friendly, takes her time, and really cares about her patients. The staff at EYEcenter Rocklin are awesome too very welcoming and professional. The whole visit was easy and comfortable. I definitely recommend Dr. Rafat to anyone looking for great eye care!

I have had a really bad experience and will not recommend anyone to go here.They care more about how to get the most money from insurance and me than doing the right thing. I took 2 sons here for regular annual eye exam (no dilation). They (super)charged my insurance over $200/ea. I believe I can get checked and 1 year membership from Costco at a cheaper cost. They said the cost for refraction will be waived for returning patients but made a mistake to charge one of my sons' service. I pointed out the mistake to them at the office. The receptionist named Ni* said she would discuss with her manager and let me know. I have never received any updates from her after a few weeks. Today, I stopped by the office for the third time to see if I can get it resolved. She and another receptionist just ignored me and asked me to contact back to discuss with the manager?!? Why the fourth time of visit when she had already said that she would discuss with her boss?? It was so ridiculous. Not happy and never come back here.

I had a great experience from appointment to having been there to sign in to exam ro trying out new glasses. Great customer service. I only had to wait 6 minutes to be sing for the exam and 2 minutes to have someone help me trying out glasses.

All of the staff was very nice and super helpful. They answered all my questions. I already have received the notification that my glasses are being made, and they will be done by the 20th, which is exactly two weeks after my appointment. I am very pleased and would recommend this office.

Polite, helpful and thorough. Doctor answered questions and gave advice freely. Glasses working fine. One complaint. I left a follow up question For the doctor at the front desk. Never got an answer.
