My mom had an inquiry for her cataract surgery but the staff was extremely impatient and told us to look online for any questions we had because they didn't have any time. The staff lacked basic professionalism and common courtesy. The tone of the staff was quite arrogant and they basically said if we had any questions we should look for another doctor. Dr. Lai says on his website that patients deserve the same quality of care he'd provide for his own family but we were treated like a number.

Stay away from this place, the staff is really unprofessional and rude. No help at all. Dr.Phung only see me 5 minutes for over $150 of service and want me to come back to the office to follow up. She doesn't explain anything and in hurry to leave your room and get out of there. How can you be a doctor if you are such in a hurry. When you try to get ur records they don't email or fax to you which is ridiculous. I told I will sign anything they said no need and to come in person. This place is a joke!!

Had an emergency with an eye infection and Dr Lai's office got me right in. The front desk were cordial and extremely helpful since I was in the area for work and didn't know how insurance would work. Dr Lai is great and got me fixed up right away and also gave me some doctor's numbers to follow up when I got home. Would recommend highly!

Dr. Lai and Dr. Phung are a dream team. When my mom needed urgent eye care this week, they moved heaven and earth to ensure she got the treatment she needed. The entire office is extremely professional and friendly, and worked so hard to coordinate with insurance and the surgical center. Thanks to Dr. Phung's skilled surgery, my mom has already recovered sight in her left eye. My entire family owes Dr. Phung and Dr. Lai a debt of gratitute.

I needed cataract eye surgery. Dr Lam Phung Eye Physician and Surgeon was recommended to me! He has performed one surgery and it was the right eye and a qualified success. Before the surgery the doctor asked me which lens quality I wanted. I chose C the clearest lens. I was told this one was not covered by my insurance. So I would need to pay myself and that after the surgery the doctor checked my vision and it's now 20/20 for the corrected eye. Kudos and Thank You Dr. Lam Phung for your excellent help!!!!
