Rosemead Eye Clinic

A member I'm assisting called to make an appointment and spoke to them in Spanish. They told him to speak English and hung up on him. What a joke !

My mom and I came in for our annual eye check up appointment. The office was very accommodating to allow my mom and I to have the same appointment date and time. Dr. Kenneth Cao was very nice and professional. He took the time to explain my mom's and I's eye health/condition to each of us through whatever language accommodations we needed. He took his time to throughly examine our eyes and provided his genuine opinion as an OD for what's best for our eye health. I also got contacts and the whole check up for that was very quick and easy. I felt no discomfort when testing out my new contact prescriptions. Everything was done efficiently with ease. The front receptionist did a decent job with taking care of the paper work, but when it came to the issue of referrals to an ophthalmologist, she did not do well in explaining the process nor guiding us on what the next best steps would be. Which is the only reason why I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star review.

Best eye exam I've ever had. Super friendly staff, they even have a glasses store right next door!

Trish is a cordial and professional optometrist very thorough.. Will continue going here..!

9/9/2025 Es mi primera vez que voy a este lugar el Doctor y la recepcionista fueron muy amable el doctor en verdad se espero en mi Graduacion de lentes ya que mi ojos son muy Dificiles ya que uno ocupa mas aumento que el otro . Pero el doctor fue paciente y en verdad se tomo su tiempo en atenderme . E visitado mucho doctor y el es uno de los buenos en verdad no entiendo por que tiene bajas las estrellas pero en mi opinion personas que No hablo mucho ingles fue muy profecional. Tambien el precio. Es muy bueno no es caro . El examen solo fue $45 nada mal .
