What an exhilarating experience! I received a pair of prescription glasses that fit for the first time in my life! Ron Kehoe picked them ( I asked him to) after I told him what I needed. I asked for a wider arm and something I can wear on the motorcycle. When I can back to pick them up, Alex fitted them to my odd shaped melon perfectly. They fit wonderfully, don't slip and shade my eyes from the sides. Perfect! Thank you so much! If you need glasses and you know what you want - this is the place to go!

Years ago when I worked at an art gallery in Roseville, I inquired with people that had cool, stylish, artsy, glasses on where they had purchased them. 20/20 eyes on j Street was their answer. My new extraordinary glasses have me walking around like a proud peacock! I can hardly wait to purchase my second pair and I wish that I would not have waited to walk through that door. Delightful!! I just moved to California for a new job and my glasses broke. The screws broke in half by the frame that held the lens in. Many stores said they will not fix it. I came here and they fixed it in just one hour but also fixed the frame that was crooked from a car accident and replaced the nose guards. It looked and fit like brand new!! It's amazing what they did. Honestly everyone should come here. The customer service and friendly environment that's mixed with their great selection and knowledge is one of a kind.

I made an attempt to patronize this business on 8/30/2024- and was met with very passive aggressive racism from an employee after ringing the bell employee came to the door he stared at my work badge through the window before opening I asked him was everything ok he said I thought you were a carrier which I found odd because my badge says clear as day MHF however he never invited me inside the door he just blocked the door way with his body and asked how could he help me. At this point I was over it my expectation was to be invited in as a customer not to be left standing on the outside of the office door of the business explaining that I was looking to fill a prescription for glasses all while looking at other customers shop nevertheless I chose to go back to work Stevie wonder could see they had no interest in having me in their business as a customer do better it was very unsettling and again I felt like his behavior was very racially motivated and my experience is not up for debate be mindful how you make your customers feel.
